Prejudice against women!My wife picked up a battery for our tractor while I was at work, she said it wouldn't start she checked it,only had 1/2 charge ,called the store,they said go ahead & charge it,she said it was hot & made a fizzing noise,we both went to return the battery,I waited in the car,next thing I know she's coming out with the owner,he's voicing his opinion to me while telling her she didn't know what was going on based on what she told him,then they went back in without letting me get a word in except for asking her what she wanted to do,just give us a refund, he shouted at her FINE!then yelled at her,belittling her, telling her she's crazy Then said good luck finding another battery, we did at home depot, started right up!

The store operator that assisted ME at Complete Battery Source is very intuitive, knowledgeable, versatile, and a Hands-On Customer Service Representative! He even rebuilds rechargeable tool batteries! The variety of batteries that are available is next to limitless. I had searched for the battery that I needed for a pedometer that I had purchased at a garage sale at more than 5 reputable stores & wasn't able to find it. It was readily available at Complete Battery Source. And, the customer service representative even assisted with installing it! I recommend this place to "ANYONE" searching for batteries!

have always used battery source . brought a battery in today 6-18-24 for not holding a charge they more less told me i was lying was going to buy a new one until treated me the customer very rudely so instead went and bought a battery at walmart no more issues . Brighton battery source you lost a long time customer today .

They have every type of battery and are very helpful with getting them changed for you. Also, very reasonable prices! I had my garage door remotes and key fobs fixed up and ready to go in a couple of minutes.

Great store for all different kinds of batteries. I've purchased a few different batteries for power sports and automotive batteries and they always have what I needed in stock. Friendly helpful staff.

The 2 fellas that were in the store. We're pretty helpful. Stopped by for a Key fob battery But unfortunately they did not have the one I needed in stock. The younger Dude reassured me that he would have the batteries in on Friday. when I returned on Friday afternoon with my 2 key fobs. he did have the batteries that I needed. Just like he said he would. for just a few dollars. I got my key fobs fixed.. And when they say they have a battery for everything. I was in that store and I think they have a battery for everything. No kidding you should stop by.

The people running this store are always pleasant and a big help. From tractor to lawn mower to key fob they have all the batteries. Wait- even my laptop!And they will check to see if the battery has solved the issue before you leave the store. I give them the highest rating ?????
