I have done business with Scott for many years. I would take my computer to Scott before taking to any big box store. He is experienced, honest and charges fair prices. I have purchased laptops, pcs from Scott over the years and they have worked perfectly. I consider him a hidden gem in the Brighton, Whitmore Lake, Hamburg, Pinckney, Howell area.

Always does quality work at a fair price. Scott is very knowledgeable as well as his staff. His used laptops are quality equipment.

The only place to take your computer. Mine was toast, took it to Scott, he resurrected it in a new tower. Now it’s better than new! Fast, economical, good., Don’t waste your time elsewhere.

What can I say other than amazing! Brought my new ryzen 5 5600x with an asus x570 that wouldn't post and he got it working! Motherboard needed a bios flashback and Scott go it done! Great service and the guy knows what he's doing. Highly recommend for any computer needs!

I have used the expertise of Computer World twice. Once the specialists were able to retrieve ALL of my photo files after being hacked and locked out of my computer. Most recently, after thinking I was hacked and locked out of my computer again, Scott successfully got me back to my login and all files were secure. This was after two other major computer "supports" via phone and in store said sorry, "you will need to reformat this computer". As long as Scott is here, this will be my Computer go to.

I've always had a positive experience with this company. They've worked on machines for me, and for a friend of mine. Always top notch work. I've gotten their aid and assistance at least five times over the past 15 years-different computers each time.

I contacted Scott to ask if he would be able to change out my power supply unit in my PC. He was extremely friendly over the phone and said to bring it on by and he would get the job done.When I dropped it off he went straight to work and was done within 30 minutes. He was friendly and invited friendly conversation which brought a positive vibe to the place. I'm glad I went to him for this job, and I would recommend him to others.I look forward to doing more business here in the near future!

Amazing Service, Knowledgeable, Affordable.I had an issues with my 10 yr old Mac Book back when Covid started in early 2020 and Scott was able to get it repaired. However, 69 days later (passed the 2 month warranty) something went again, so I took it back to see if it could be fixed. Without hesitation they offered to cover what they believed to be a warrantied part. Well, as it turned out, it was another issue that they would still cover under the warranty, but they had to order more parts. Unfortunately, this was about the time USPS was not delivering parcels and he needed parts from CA. As we waited, we communicated every other week to ensure where they parts were and that they'd fix the problem asap. Once everything arrived Scott went to work and despite the age of my computer and decrepit state it was in, he went above and beyond what was necessary so that it met his standard of excellence. I was not even asked to pay for the additional parts or labor needed to get my computer up and running again. I feel like I have a brand new computer which is way more than I expected when when I first walked into Computer World.

Awful experience. Repair took forever and it didn't even fix it. Worker is incredibly rude. They did not follow coronavirus guidelines at all. No one was wearing a mask and no social distancing.

I worked for Scott for almost 2 years as a repair tech. ALOT of the 1 star ratings are from customers that wanted too much for too little. This happens all the time in the computer repair business. As these are the same customers who will go to a mechanic and demand an engine overhaul for the price of an oil change. In all my time working with Scott he went WAY above and beyond to help someone save money or for a quick turn around. The procedures and quality control are top notch. Nothing worse than sending someone home and not activating software or leaving a job half done. (NEVER HAPPENED @ COMPUTER WORLD) In order to work for Computer World all Techs are paid well as they are all certified either A+ ot Computer Science equivulent. You can't B.S. this guy, but he treats everyone fair. Buying a laptop from this establishment is a fantatsic idea. You see at big box stores you are treated like cattle. In, out, thanks for the cash. At Computer World I was told to treat customers more like a friend, listen, evaluate, and give honest feedback.

Went in about a month ago because my PC wouldn’t start and I have little to no experience with computers so I had no clue what was wrong. The man who helped me took it upon himself to diagnose what was wrong and fix it in the matter of 24 hours. Also explained exactly what was wrong and what he did to it to resolve the issue. My computer started up right away when I got home and I haven’t had an issue with it sense. Really Recommend this place.
