Zero stars isnt an option- These people are the worst.Wouldn't help a homeless veteran with a discount so he could afford to get his broken vehicle towed but they gladly impound it, towing it farther and want 3x the amount to get it back.Karma will reward them with all they deserve.

Super fast arrival of the tow truck to my residence after calling, and the gentleman who performed the service, JR I believe, was wall to wall smiles and enthusiasm, even though it was early and very cold (he told me he was a morning person)! JR took a negative experience (having car towed for service) and left me feeling optimistic for the rest of the day. He praised the work and service of my cars destination (Brighton Auto Repair), which also inspired confidence in my choices. Awesome experience!

One of these tow trucks just went past me going 70 and a 40 zone. My friend died from a speeding tow truck driver and this is unacceptable. Very childish and irresponsible.

Absolutely amazing customer service! We have an extremely difficult driveway and due to the snow and slush our driver got stuck yesterday. Unfortunately we were nearly empty and fuel oil and were in dire need. My husband came home and plowed to make sure the driver came in but unfortunately due to a heavy truck and everything being wet from melting the driver was having difficulty still. Dean or driver was amazing and said he would get it done even if they had to bring in a smaller truck because our tank is so far away from our driveway. We have our fuel oil I am happy but unhappy that I am now able to do laundry and dishes. Thank you again Corrigan for being amazing and helping us out.

Best towing establishment and peopleI have ever met and I have broken down like. Abozo all through Deere lanndddAnnie, Hazel the team at the front desk is awesome the 27-year-old woman from this area who moved away and now is back and will never leave his absolutely gorgeous. Congrats on dropping the deadweight and finding a new hubby much to my chagrin but remember, you promised to set me up with a beautiful brunette, highly screwed values, morals for days brunette. I love these guys. They’re gonna come to my nonprofit Marvins Martens marvelous mechanical museum opening Christmas 2023. Love you all merry Christmas.

I’d rather lose my car then go through the hoops this company put me through. That’s how terrible communication and scammers they are. Let’s start with my car breaking down cops called corrigan to tow my car back to there “tow yard” where I was told my insurance company could take it from SAME DAY. My tow truck arrives from my insurance company and that’s when I got news that my car was impounded and I would have to pay 350$ to get it out as well as a police release paper. I made a social media post about the situation to have a cop call me profusely apologizing and laughing at them when I told him what they said. my car was never impounded. Corrigan did also contact me to explain that my car isn’t all of a sudden impounded/never apologized and it can be released with my permission nothing else ( this convo was at 7pm ) next day goes by my insurance company once again is on the way to get the vehicle once my truck arrived, I then get a call stating I owe a balance there of 375$ that was “overnight fee”. They really wanted me to pay the mistake of a employee claiming my car was impounded and holding my vehicle from me unlawfully ? Yeah NO. The fees get waved after talking to a manger then I was told a total of 306$ for a 2 miles tow. I get to corrigan in howell for my total to come down to 286$ how is the damn price changing !? Disgusting family owned company. Grown adults who can’t communicate with eachother. Absolute joke.
