This is an amazing workout group! I am naturally lazy, but these guys help me to work hard and improve. Liv is a great instructor who is quite patient with us. My prayer life has also gotten better because I thank the Lord each time that I make it through a workout:)

Don't let the CrossFit scare you off, this is a GREAT workout for anyone and everyone. All of the coaches are very knowledgeable about modifications needed to adapt to everyone's fitness level. I've been going for almost 3 years and might be a little biased, but the community here is so supportive and encouraging. We love CrossFit TIG!

This is a well run CrossFit program, located in 2|42 Community Church. The people are very welcoming and I love that the acronym for TIG is Trust In God! If you get a chance, come in and workout! Even if you don’t want to attend the church, this is a great place to workout!

CrossFit TIG coaches will push you beyond your limits. You will challenge yourself physically and mentally. I have been going here for two years and have made great strides with the support and encouragement of the entire CrossFit TIG community. It doesn't matter what level you are at physically - you can do this!!

Awesome community of people! I have been to over 300 Boxes worldwide and love to call this one my Home. The people are what make CrossFit different than any other fitness regimen. THESE PEOPLE ARE INCREDIBLE! The community and support is 2nd to none. It’s a cool location, the best prices around and has a 40 yard turf field.

This has been a great gym/Box for me - really fun, supportive community and the workouts are great. Prior to working out here, I would injure myself about once a year doing something minor (like moving a microwave). Now, I'm in the best shape of my life and my running/biking times are better than ever.
