I love it here! The environment is very welcoming and so are the people. I’ve enjoyed many great workouts led by the amazing trainers at the gym. I enjoy the classes and the people are very encouraging while you workout. Definitely would recommend!

Definitely a fitness facility that you will not dread to going. Instructors are great and very knowledgeable. The workouts challenge you and make you want to come back for more. I would recommend to everyone to at least try it. You will not be disappointed. I just wish I knew about this place sooner.

This is the place to be if you want to be in the best shape of your life. If you are serious about getting stronger, improving your endurance and being challenged, Crossfit Brighton is where you belong. We are all ages, all shapes and sizes, novices, elite athletes and everything (EVERYTHING) in between. You will be challenged, but you set the pace and you set the goals. It’s a supportive environment where we are all focused on the work and being better than we were yesterday. Every single exercise we do can be adapted to suit your abilities. I cannot say enough about this place!

I've been active with CrossFit Brighton (CFB) for 3 months now. I was active with other local group fitness clubs which were good, but CFB upped my game. My strength and mobility are improving faster. Terrific coaches who help me with form and any movement adaptations. Wish I had found CFB sooner.

I started with the intro I was in good hands found it helpful in building my confidence to move onto classes. I am new to CrossFit but not to working out and realized the importance of the intro classes. The coaches are very attentive and friendly. They really want to help you make your feel accomplished and injury free. I look forward to continuing my skill and building strength with these amazing people. Also very clean and friendly members too.

We love this place!! Joined here after moving to the area a few months ago, and everyone was so friendly right away. Coaches are amazing and super helpful. The coaches always say something like “welcome to the best hour of your day” - and it really is true. You will leave that day feeling better about yourself, physically and mentally!

I started at Crossfit 3 months ago and love it. Everyone is very supportive. The workouts are challenging while allowing modifications. The trainers provide helpful feedback and encouragement. I completed the 12 weeks transformation program and successfully reached several goals. I've incorporated the nutritional tips into a healthier lifestyle and look forward to the workouts of the day.

I have just hit my 100 day mark with Crossfit Brighton (CFB) and have been very pleased. The coaches and peers are very knowledgeable, supportive and friendly. The breadth of abilities should allow anyone to feel welcome - I'm fit and active with goals to remain that way for many years and and at 58 years of age there are many, including coaches, who have similar goals. You can be as competitive with yourself as you like while the spirit of CFB is very collaborative. I've felt very welcomed into the CFB community. Oh, and I'm much stronger than I was 100 days ago plus a bit slimmer.

As someone who is trying to lose a lot weight (317 to goal 190). The exercises can scale based on your fit range so it's very accommodating.... Doesn't mean it isn't a killer workout?Coaches are awesome - def recommend for group fitness?
