The people that work at the pharmacy are very unprofessional my doctor tried to call In to check on a prescription and they told my doctor that they couldn't give my doctor any information about the prescription for me the patient

I had called this morning to see if my medication was ready the lady was rude and kept trying to get off the phone with me and I went to ask one more question and she hung up on me I'm not very happy considering this is my first time going to this pharmacy

They always have Red Bull and cheese-it’s. Certain employees are a little over friendly in the wee morning hours.

The pharmacist's at this store are the best ! I drive out of my way past at least 4 or 5 other pharmacy's . They always are ready to help with advice or any questions I have and fast ! They really care !

Terrible customer service!!!! Stay away these people don't care about patients. Son had horrible infection in ear and of course the drops had to be ordered from the "warehouse" ok so I call and they say next morning will have them no problem. Next day of course Friday, I call to check status at 5pm when I get off work. Oh warehouse didn't send them. Jasmine on phone was rude and completely argumentative when I got upset. My kid is sick and in pain and your screwing around and couldn't call me to say we didn't get the drops in! This would have given me options of course and shown you care about patients why do that! Wouldn't even give one star but had to do it would post!

The pharmacists are all business but they always have our order ready if we call ahead and they're friendly when they check you out.

The woman (Joanne) I spoke with, was very rude on the phone. Suddenly put me on hold without the courtesy of telling me, and then at the end of the call, as I was thanking her, she hung up while I was speaking. Just a little common courtesy would be nice. I can go anywhere else and be treated with a little respect-and I did.

Had my wife at urgent care late Sunday and they phoned over Tamiflu and some other inhalers (horrible strain of flu!). By the time we got from the clinic to the CVS the pharmacy had closed for the Sunday. But the pharmacist Jim Bonifer, spotted my wife waiting in the car as he was leaving. He turned around went back in, found me heading up from his closed pharmacy opened lit back up and saw that I left with her badly needed scripts. Way above and beyond! Thanks Jim Bonifer you're in the Really Good Guy book for life!
