Next to useless. I have had to talk to the pharmacist 6 times about one prescription that I take regularly - now it has been over 1 month since last filled and they are unable to resolve the issue in filling it. Only once in the 6 times has someone genuinely tried to help resolve the issue, the other 5 times I have been blown off and when I asked today if the pharmacist could resolve the issue they have with my doctor / prescriber they told me "No, you'll have to deal with it."Useless. Find a different pharmacy. This one is awful when it matters. If I could give less than 1 star, I would.

everyone in the store is helpful. I like this store due to the fact many items at other CVS stores are sold out or unavailable , this store usually has them. This is very important to us on fixed incomes. because we always use the store coupons

I just went shopping for a couple of things I needed. the store was very neat and clean. I found the thing I needed easily and I was able to use my $10:00 care pass and get a bargain on all my purchases. I was very happy!!

Came in here for a couple C batteries only to find out they scalp them at absolutely insane prices. Over 5 dollars PER BATTERY when you can easily get them around a dollar per on Amazon. Ridiculous.

This used to be my favorite store/pharmacy. Then the full time pharmacist left, and everything went downhill. He was replaced with a female pharmacist, who went on maternity leave.Replacing staff are terrible! I came home from hospital and was told by pharmacy they needed over 2 hours to fill Rx, and then would close. I had to take my Rx elsewhere, even when CVS knew I was in pain.Store manager gives you a CVS complaint phone #, rather than handling himself.Inside the store, only the drive through window clerk is working. The 3 employees in Pharmacy are non-productive, socializing while check in windows are blocked with in processed work. Very disgusting .

My wife has been using this pharmacy for years and nothing has changed. I refuse to use this pharmacy for myself but still have to deal with them for my wife. I have been encouraging her to switch to a different CVS because it's just this location. They are slow, inaccurate, inconsiderate, and have no regard for patient care. Their standard of quality is much lower than what would be expected of a pharmacy.

I am not happy with the Pharmacist. One pharmacist in particular messes up the pricing on my prescriptions everytime. If I ask her to change it she is argumentive and refuses to find the correct one They charge the wrong codes, and sometimes they are charging 50 dollars over the cost I should be paying. I have had to argue with the Pharmacist to correct it, but she argues right back. It is useless to argue with her. The store staff and pharmacy assistants are friendly and helpful and nice. Otherwise I would have given them a one star. I am changing pharmacies due to this particular pharmacist.

Terribly SLOW location. Half the time I come I end up leaving because it's taking too long. Probably not staffed well, but it's been at least 2 years like this. I hate coming here and am switching to Brighton Kroger pharmacy.

Went for passport photo and the clerk said I was not allowed to smile, per U.S. gov't regulations. This is FALSE. Directly from the State Department website: "Have a neutral facial expression or a natural smile, with both eyes open." Seriously, please train your staff on current information about the services you offer.

Have had my prescription for over 12 hours. Would not process the order while I stood in the store even. This CVS Store has terrible employees working at this location. Do not use this store.

I would give zero if I could. Had major shoulder surgery and the pharmacy was dishonest about when I would be able to pick up my pain meds. They said 11:00am the next day. That means I would have had to go without any narcotics for over 24 hours after surgery. Around 5:00am I couldn’t stand it anymore and went to the ER for pain management. I called back as soon as they opened to ensure I would be able to pick them up at 11:00am. At this point the Pharmacy Tech told me they didn’t have any and that I was SOL. Ended up back in the ER where I was given a paper script and got my meds from the CVS on Grand River. Note that I started having blurry vision and a raspy voice due to the high levels of pain I was in.
