Worst Pharmacy Service in the USA!!! Totally dysfunctional and disorganized. Can't look up half the clients coming to pick up their scrips and can't fulfill half the scrips called in. HORRIFIC!!!

The staff is always friendly and shows an interest for me. They try to always have my prescription ready for me. I love chatting with the girls.

Scheduled a covid test online in an available time slot and upon arrival, was notified that their covid testing system was down. 2 days later (today), I scheduled another appointment for another symptomatic family member. I called 30 minutes before the timeslot to ask whether their system was back up, and it is IMPOSSIBLE to reach a human in the pharmacy's phone tree. Literally, by design.
Upon arrival for our scheduled test, we were told again that their system is down. So their scheduling system still allows tests to be scheduled for multiple days when their system is known to be down, and it is designed to be impossible to immediately reach a person on the phone. Oy ve.

Called in my prescription at 9:30am, per their automated system since it doesn’t give you the option to talk to someone and they were closed but considering this bot was asking for my info and going through the process of filling a prescription, why would I think it’s not normal, also considering everything now is automated, once given all my info, I was told it was all set and will be ready at 1pm and to pick up after that. Arrived at 2:10pm ish on my lunch hour and the women helping me kept cutting me off when trying to give my info and then was told she didn’t have anything. Asked if I talked to a person, as if the automated system wasn’t a normal procedure… Had to ask her twice to get the prescription filled before she finally started the process and said “it’ll be a few hours, we’re really backed up right now.” So now I have to go back and make a whole day excursion from 9:30am-7:30pm to get one prescription filled. Will be switching pharmacies after this.

The pharmacy never gets prescriptions right or on time. Besides previously being shorted pain medication after surgery this time it took them 3 days to get in a prescription cream, then they kept promising it but not filling the prescription. After 3 attempts had to wait while they filled it or I don’t think I would ever get it—and all they had to do was type the label!

Went for passport photo and the clerk said I was not allowed to smile, per U.S. gov't regulations. This is FALSE. Directly from the State Department website: "Have a neutral facial expression or a natural smile, with both eyes open." Seriously, please train your staff on current information about the services you offer.

My 7 year old son recently came down with Swimmer’s Ear; his prescription was sent over in the late evening by my pediatrician. I called to check status at 7:55 pm, and the pharmacy was closing. Instead of telling me I had to wait until tomorrow, the incredibly kind pharmacy workers told me to drive up, and they would get the script to me. My understanding is Swimmer’s Ear is quite painful; I am so appreciative that the pharmacy at CVS was willing to work past their long hours to serve my family. They were pleasant and understanding when I arrived ringing the drive through bell after hours. What an awesome group of service individuals.
