Mike @ Diversified Creations went OUT of his way to look up and research the precise part I needed to repair my wife’s (diesel) Jeep Grand Cherokee. Mike found the exact part, gave me ALL the information about said part and helped me get it for an unbeatable price!!! This is the place to go if you’re having ANY trouble at all with finding quality parts, or if other places are charging you too much! I have been coming to Diversified Creations since around 2011. Brad has ALWAYS taken great care of my vehicles. I have never once had any issues with any work they have done on any of my trucks. Truly a great family owned company!! Thank you Brad!!

I took my high performance Camaro to a different shop because it was running very rough. They started throwing different parts at it and thousands of dollars later, the issues were still there. I brought the car to Diversified Creations and they were able to diagnose the problem inside of 15 minutes and resolved the problem and charged me less than an hour labor! Diversified Creations is definitely my new go to......!! Thanks for everything!

DON'T TRUST THESE PEOPLE WITH YOUR VEHICLE!!!
One star is too generous. Came in for fog lights, new headlight housings and headlights. $1,200 in total. Fog lights were ok but they would not let me specify where I wanted the switch or even if I was ok with the switch they used. I asked for OEM headlights to replace my hazy originals. Instead they gave me Spyder brand. Headlights were not aligned and one was totally different color temp than the other. Then I found out they installed two different headlight bulbs! They did not include the headlight boot on the drivers side or the spring clip so it wouldn't jiggle. Since there was no rubber booth, condensation built up and left water staining on inside of housing. Had to come back in on four separate occasions to let them try to make it right which they could not. I had to cut my losses and go elsewhere due to Diversified Creations inability to get a simple headlight job right. Two weeks after they're done, the wiring to both blinker bulbs have shorts and now burn out new bulbs immediately. They'll put a newbie greenhorn on your job and not have anyone check his work even on the 4th return visit.
The owner of this place is just lazy which sets the tone for the entire staff. If you get to see him get up off his stool, consider yourself privileged. They do not care about customer satisfaction! Bottom line is that this place is run by someone who doesn't care about your vehicle or how much time and money you have to waste in lost work hours to keep coming back for them to get the job done right. Imagine if this had been engine work. I don't even want to consider how painful that would be.
The invoice is purposely not itemized so you are unable to know the individual cost of anything. This is a typical strategy employed by places that anticipate there will be problems in order to make it more difficult for the customer to reach a resolution.
I would find another shop to spend your hard earned dollars. DON'T TRUST THESE PEOPLE WITH YOUR VEHICLE!!!

Went in for a nitrous kit ended up with this.nothing I asked for was done right. pice on shifter was put on backwards wiring nothing is heat shrunk was given the run around for over 2 months.cut into my intake manifold cover broke my oil pressure plug an just pushed it back on. I paid over 3600 for this. would not recommend to anyone ever then they cut In to my plastic by my shifter told them I wanted a cup holder switch panel

This place has been around a long time, and for a good reason. They do good work! I don’t have one friend that doesn’t know about this place, or hasn’t either bought something or had work done here.
