Dover Saddlery offers a large amount of inventory with a great selection for same-day purchase, including lots of cool but expensive new items. The staff are friendly, horse knowledgeable, very helpful, super kind, and go above and beyond, providing excellent personalized service to ensure the right fit. They assist with shipping out-of-stock items directly home at no additional cost and cheerfully adjust prices. Prices are competitive with online stores. While most service is praised, some feedback notes that service can sometimes be lacking or not very friendly. Many customers report the best experiences and would definitely recommend returning.
