Manager was very rude and not helpful at all. When I asked about wide width slip resistant shoes for work she informed me that I just needed to read the boxes it was plainly printed on there. Only the Skechers were labeled as such so no there weren't labels on that particular type of footwear. I could not even find the men's work shoes at all. I definitely won't be returning to this location

Service is non existent. Dont even ask for a bag for your multple shoe purchase even if there is no lid, they don't offer them. At least other a inexpensive bag for purchase. It was not really a deal as the pricing is cheaper at Amazon. I sadly see returns in my future.

DSW shoes has a huge range of shoes ranging from crocs to fancy going-out shoes. They have an extremely great crew working there that are very accepting and helpful. They have many brands of does and also have a big variety of kids shoes. Going to DSW is always a pleasure and I always look forward to going there.

After about 4 or 5 roundabouts, you'll find the DSW located in a shopping plaza. The store is clean but not well stocked with the more common sizes. I found a pair of sandals that I like but I didn't see my size. I asked an employee if there are more sizes in the back and she said no. I looked on my phone (the DSW website) and it said the sandals that I want would be ready for pick up in 2 hours. I asked the same employee about this. She then said there might be a pair in the back but there are a lot of boxes. I asked if she could check and she said it would be easier if I ordered it online. Easier for me? I told her if the shoes are in the store, I want to buy them and have them today. Instead of offering to check the back, she now offered to check another store. I asked her to check the back and she was in and out of the back room in minutes which makes me wonder if she even bothered.
