I ordered a birthday box of dipped berries and 2 giant number balloons for my daughter's birthday (21). I had them delivered to her work, a busy orthodontic office. She sent me a text thanking me for the delivery, but said I might want to contact the business about one of the balloons being deflated and not floating. I was embarrassed that she received it that way and called immediately. I explained the situation to the woman on the phone. She put me on hold after I explained what happened without explanation or apology, just "Hold on a minute". When she returned to the line, she said the driver told her "The balloons were inflated when he delivered them", and then silence. I couldn't believe her response and had to go on defending the deflated situation until she finally offered a refund for the ONE deflated balloon. The balloons were a "2" and a "1" and meant nothing with only a "2". I should have been offered a full refund on the balloons and never been questioned in that condescending manner. Again, these were delivered to a business and everyone there saw the arrangement and the balloon not floating. Not a good experience or value. The lack of customer service and being questioned in this manner, led me to this unfavorable review.

Sent a birthday gift all the way from Iowa to my sister who lives in the Brighton area. The picture my sister sent me looks amazing definitely better than what was advertised. Wish my local edible arrangements did such an amazing job!

Pre-ordered and prepaid an arrangement for pickup at 10 am, and the order wasn’t even made. They said it would be at least a 30-40 minute wait! Never offered to deliver it or any option. I asked for a refund and they clearly didn’t care. Will never trust them again.

Sent fruit basket for friends family funeral.1.) ordered additional fully dipped strawberries that did not arrive.2.) friend received text that basket if fruit was left outside. She didn't arrive home from funeral prep for four hours.3.) I filed complaint and they called my friend to ask her to count how many pieces were in the now melted arrangement.4.) Staff was not aware that according to the webs that the delivery was not supposed to be left that a note was supposed to be on door regarding the deliver.I do not recommend.

Terrible experience. Ordered days in advance for Mother's Day. Order did not show up. Someone called my mother at 9:30 pm on Sunday to see if she still wanted it. She declined, and was told they would refund me and bring it anyway on Monday. I just wanted my money back. They did drop off something on Monday night, late, 6:30pm. I had to call there Tuesday, 2 days after mother's day and ask for the refund. So awful, if i sent it to someone, other than my mom, whom I called to see if she received it. Then I would have never known it was late. I received no email about the delay. I also paid extra for delivery, even though their website advertises "free delivery". horrible and embarrassing at the giver. I understand mistakes, but the follow up was horrible.

WOW!! Valerie was so helpful. I called in a last minute order for a friends birthday and right she was so nice and understanding. I was only 2 minutes away and she made the most perfect cheesecake with a strawberry on top. I would’ve paid extra just for the extra mile she took for me. THANK U !!

First, before giving a bad review I would like to state the two girls that answered the phone on Monday and Tuesday were 100% kind and understanding but their hands were tied due to their manager. Their manager was a complete waste of my time and not compassionate at all with the fact that an order was placed to be delivered on Saturday the day before Mother's Day but failed to be delivered (which only told by the kind girl on the phone on that Monday). I was told the manager had my number and would call but failed to do so yet again. Now, today (Tuesday) another kind girl answered the phone and understood my frustration at the fact my mom's Mother's Day gift has yet to be delivered and also the manager was careless in not calling me back. I called corporate to report the manager and told them if this isn't resolved today I'm reporting fraud to my bank. Corporate was 100% kind and gave me refund (waiting on receiving). But when the manager of this store finally called me she gave excuses instead of an apology. I told her I'm calling from California and your lack customer service is Defying. I can understand a late delivery or mishap but blaming me and you lack of staff is not okay. DON'T ACCEPT ORDERS IF CANT HANDLE THE BUSINESS VOLUME. Your lack of caring is beyond pathetic and you ma'am need to look at your other employees as examples to lead by because they were caring and apologetic. Those girls obviously don't lead by your example and I'm sorry they have to work with you. You ma'am need to classes in leadership, basic skills in customer service and I don't know BE A GOOD PERSON!!!! Also to say I'm not understanding is beyond crazy when you failed to call twice or properly communicate with your customer that's missing a purchase that was ordered more than 4 days ago. I was calm on Sunday and Monday but yes Tuesday I'm pissed!!! To the two girls that answered the phone, thank you! Thank you for caring. It was definitely appreciated. Moral of the story don't order from here.

Fantastic Customer Service! I called to confirm the order I had placed would be delivered to the recipient on time since it was a business address and would close by a certain time. The very pleasant woman (Natalie, I believe) who answered my call said she would actually deliver the order herself shortly to be sure it was received on time and even called me after to confirm the delivery was made. Talk about going above and beyond! Will definitely order from this location again. Thanks to the team there as I know it has got to be tough these days!

This location is under new ownership! Despite the power going out and their systems going down the same day I placed my order online, they were nothing but helpful and courteous when I picked my order up the following day due to system issues. Thanks to the team at this location!

My friend ordered this for me(we work together) and it was supposed to arrive on my birthday. It arrived a day late, after being selected as delivered on my birthday. The arrangement looked very sloppy and sad, but I was able to eat a few pieces. What was the most disappointing was that I know it isn’t cheap and there were items missing from the delivery, but it was delivered so late neither of us were in the building to find out until the day after it was delivered. I had high hopes for the dipped treat box, especially since the arrangement was subpar. Got cookies and nuts though?

Ordered a “get well fruit bouquet” glad they couldn’t deliver. When I went to pick it up they gave me a “thank you bouquet”. It would of been embarrassing the person receiving the gift, had a massive heart attack. I should of checked the reviews 1star. I ordered by phone. I don’t think I got the bouquet I ordered looks small for being the large order.
