Brought some shirts and ties here.When I went to pick up my shirts on the day they were supposed to be ready, they weren't. Okay, no big deal. But when I returned to pick them up, the shirts were ready and she had an excuse as to why the ties weren't. She mentioned the ties were cleaned but the spots remained, and she wanted to try something else to clean them. I asked to just collect them anyways so I could leave. The ties weren't even touched! They didn't even try to clean them.This is why I'm not returning.

They do a great job, I have had my shirts laundered there for a while and never had a problem. On top of that I had left a valuable in my shirt pocket and they called me to let me know they found something in my pocket.I would never have thought or remembered where I had put this item as a couple of weeks had passed before I dropped off my shirts.Honest and good work!Service: Laundry wash & fold

Amazing service, the staff was so kind and helpful. I took my Canada Goose jacket in and it came back SPOTLESS, looking brand new! So thankful for their service!

I would give zero stars if I could. New to the area we picked this place to launder dress shirts. Recently picked up shirts and went home leaving them in the car overnight. They were not there in the morning. Thinking my memory was failing- after all who would steal shirts- I went back to Elite to actually double check. The owner said yes I did pick them up and offered to show me the video from the cameras. Before I could respond she had her tablet out and quickly showed me my visit. I thanked her and left. Turns out there were a number of robberies near us that night and in fact my shirts were stolen. When I returned with more shirts to clean the owner refused service saying I accused her of stealing my shirts. When I questioned her she threatened to call the police. Seems the speed at which she got the video footage up is a good indication issues happen her pretty often. Easier to go across the street then to deal with her.

Went in to ask them to iron one shirt, on the way to a wedding in from out of town. They told me they couldn’t do it. I offered to pay any price, still said no. I understand if a business can’t accommodate a customers needs - but a woman who looked like the owner and the younger guy behind the counter just stared at me blankly, and was unapologetic.
I asked for a recommendation for another cleaner in town and they didn’t even respond just shrugged and acted like I was crazy for going to a laundry cleaner to get a shirt pressed. Left feeling bewildered.

I am actually quite disappointed I have to write this review. We have been customers of Elite Cleaners for a very long time. The owner has never been the friendliest but in the past I have let it go because they always did a good job dry cleaning our items. However, after the way I was treated today, I will be finding a new dry cleaner. Last week I dropped off a man's suit. I was told I could pick it up after 4p today. I arrived at 4:05p and was told it was not ready yet. I asked why and the owner told me to wait a minute. After about 5 minutes she came up with the suit ready to go, charged me and put the suit in the backseat of my car. When I got home from work, I checked the pants because Elite was supposed to mend a tear on the back pant pocket and I wanted to see how it looked. Much to my great frustration it was not repaired at all. I took the suit immediately back to Elite Cleaners and asked her why the job was not completed. The owner told me I wanted the suit so she gave it back to me without fixing the repair or telling me. I asked her how long it would take to finish the job and she said she would not do it. I asked her what that meant. She told me when I brought the suit in that she would mend it as best as possible and it was on the order that they would use a patch from the inside, and then stitch it. She just kept looking at me and said she would not fix it. I asked her if she understood she was going to lose a client and that I would be writing a review. She said that was fine. I left and took the pants to Amporn Tailoring where I was assured the repair will be fixed tomorrow by the end of business. We all have bad days but I gave the owner of Elite Cleaners the opportunity to do the right thing and she flat out refused. I am in sales and would be out of business if this was how I treated my clients. The owner needs a class in customer service ASAP!!

I just picked up my winter coat that was in desperate need of cleaning and it looks fantastic! I wasn't sure it would come back looking like new (they are only cleaning it after all), but it did! Love my coat again! Thanks for your timelines, offering AAA discount and for the courteous service :)

Bad job on the garments and Nasty service, shirts get damaged during cleaning process and the owner don't care ,she blamed the customers !! Don't use them if you don't want any problems !
