Who ever Michelle is @ FedEx Brighton needs to be let go .I can tell you why your rating is poor.Shes very unqualified. Had business cards made,paid for 100,got 50,when asking if that was 100 told yes the box is just big?Went back for the 50 I paid for.Saw her again for resume,when looking at proof info incorrect and told 52$ more to retype resumeall of one page.I took the paper& threw it away,Michelle yells across office,don't come back!Extremely professional!Went in today 6/19 to have more cards made.Again Michelle informing me they have no way to recreate card REALLY?Then reminded me that she told me not to come back.Im sorry is her last name FedEx?I left angry,again.Went to UPS,always great customer service.I gave them a card,got 100 made,actually got 100 that I paid for.DO NOT EVER GO To FEDEX BRIGHTON!!3.2 rating,I can tell you why!!

Extremely unhelpful. I had a return label for the specific box I was returning, prepaid. It was the box FedEx shipped it in originally. When I tried to return it, they told me I couldn’t use that box and had to purchase another because of a “new rule”. Extremely unhelpful.

Michelle and LaVonne (sp?) we’re so very helpful when I had a large rush order. They got everything printed and bound in a short time for me and we’re so friendly. Would definitely come back to this location.

It was like a sauna inside, I was there 40+min & even after 2-3 customers mentioned how warm it was in there, they still didn't adjust the A/C. Also could hear more than one employee coughing and hacking like crazy, I guess they were keeping it warm in there to sweat out their colds, while getting all of us customers sick.

Fedex saved the day! I called the store in a frantic panic. I had missed the most important sign for our event and needed it that day with only 60 minutes of their store hours left. I called and spoke with Michelle to see if it would be possible to get a poster printed that quickly. She went above and beyond what I asked. She printed and mounted a poster on foam board and saved me! I can’t express enough how much I appreciated her help, and the extra mile she went. Thank you!!!

Went in to do some color printing. The kiosks would not read my flash drive, so Donovan told me he could do the copies at the front counter. Neglected to tell me that he was going to charge me more per page as well as $87.50 for a "Priority Print" because he printed it behind the counter. The price per page should have matched what the kiosk would have charged me, as its not my fault the kiosk couldn't read my flash drive that his computer had no issues accessing. It was complete sticker shock that I was charged $354.53 for 98 double sided color copies. I could have purchased an entire printer for this! Do not use this service here! Make sure that you have them give you a complete breakdown of your fees before you have them print for you!
