I've never had to wait in line at this branch. Whenever I call tellers are friendly and do their best to help with any questions I might have. Living in New Hudson I drive to Brighton to work with the employees at this location.

Everytime I come here empty lobby yet 15 minutes at least to stand in line. I just walked out after 15 minutes unranked on a Friday afternoon. Ridiculous this isn't the 1st time. I will be now using all other branched but this 1

If I could give them a -10 I would. I have had accounts at Flagstar for years. I always run my checking low and have a healthy balance in my savings. Have had alerts set up so if my checking got below $300 I would receive a text alert. Well, with one of their banking system updates my alerts were blown out and over this past weekend I was billed almost $100 for the bank to electronically transfer money from my savings to my checking. When I called and inquired, they refused to refund my money. If it had been at all my fault, I could understand. However, that was not the case. This is theft as far as I am concerned. Consumer beware!!!
