I started a small business and was looking for proper liability insurance, as well as potentially Worker’s Comp. insurance as we grew. Lisa and her team answered all of my questions, and formulated a proper insurance policy to protect me and my newly formed business. Having Follmer insurance at our side has been one of the best decisions we have made from a business stand point. The staff is great they seem to always have an answer for any question we can throw at them. The service is top notch, when we had an unfortunate incident with our policy they jumped right in and handled a very uncertain time for us. In short you will not find a better insurance agency that covers all their bases and still make it pleasant.

I consider Fulmer Insurance as a big part of my team! In the construction trade things change all the time and I am always busy. When any of my requirements for coverage change I am not the most knowledgeable and don't always understand. They have always worked with me to make sure I am taken care of and that I am properly covered. Absolutely one of the best agencies I have had the opportunity to work with!!

Lisa Follmer and her team are downright heroic! No joke. I run a summer camp and mistakenly assumes that after a couple year of not running it because of COVID I could just restart my insurance policy. Nope! My old insurance company decided to get out of the summer camp business.I frantically called about to find someone who would replace them on short notice. Being such a specialty most insurance companies wouldn't touch it. After a couple weeks of looking I was getting scared. I found a couple companies that said they would get back to me. Each time I lost another couple days waiting only to hear there is not enough time to complete the paperwork.Despite I call Lisa. I want to buy that woman a cape! She answered after hours from her car moved heaven and earth. All the while I'm busy getting ready for camp.Lisa delivered!

I can honestly say that the team is responsive, helpful and professional. They truly care and show that in each and every interaction. I can assure you they will be my insurance provider until I no longer need one. I don’t care how much advertising and promotion any other insurance provider does, I’ll never leave the Follmer team. They are by fad head and shoulders above any other company I have used. Great Team!!!
