Ugh they scheduled two weeks out then canceled appointment the day before, rescheduled out another 2 weeks. Unprofessional!

I purchased a GE new microwave at Lowes in July. It stopped working after 2 months. I have had 11 appointments (and 4 months being without it) for repair, none of them accomplishing that goal. I finally demanded that they give me a new microwave. That got delivered and NOT installed per GE's promise. The fans have to be rotated to accommodate the venting of the microwave. The installers refused to do this and left microwave on my floor and booked out. Back and forth for 6 1/2 hours on the phone trying to get service appointment scheduled. GE said the delivery/installer service was supposed to do it, USD delivery service saying GE is responsible. I have spent over 60 hours dealing with GE throughout this 4 month process trying to simply have a microwave that works. I have been stood up for service appointments, hung up on, calls not returned and had work not done when they were here to do it. At what point does the consumer count? Never again will I purchase a GE product and recommend that everyone avoid them. They take your money but don't back the product when it is defective.Service: Microwave repair

I ordered the GE double door compact mini refrigerator through Amazon. I was extremely disappointed when this arrived to me through Amazon, but there was no way to contact anyone and let them know, as amazon would not post my review. When this was delivered, the driver literally threw it on my sidewalk in the middle of a torrential downpour of rain. When I opened it, it had several ding marks and scratches. So far, the machine is working, I just hope it continues to do so. I tried letting Amazon know this, and they blew me off, I tried letting GE know this and they also blew me off. For a name that has been around for years, you would think they would care about their customers, but evidently not. This was a 300 dollar mini fridge!!!! They need to change how their product is getting delivered, otherwise they will be losing many customers.
