Some stores have better selections than others, but ultimately Home Depot beats out Lowes and Mernards with their employees and ProMax perks. I am a small business owner and always shop at home depot for my business and personal renovation needs. It's a DIYer's playground.

There was a woman named Melissa who looked me in my eyes and ignored my existence, refused to help me a black man and helped a white man that showed up with no problem it’s 2024 no one should be dealing with racism and we should all be treated fairly luckily there was a woman named Lisa who went above and beyond to help me what a wonderful human being as for Mellissa I believe consequences should be in store for her I pray you guys do the right thing there no place for that kind of behavior in business

On a Sunday at 6:20pm I receive a call from someone at the store asking when I was gonna pick up and to give them a heads up when I am going to my pick up my order….mind you…. the order has only been there 3 days and I had 4 more days to get it. It was so weird never in the history of doing online orders with them have they done this until today. Like seriously it’s Sunday at 6:20… leave me alone. I have until the day it says pick up by for a reason. It feels like I’m being rushed.

Buyers beware! The flooring department is a waste of time and money. We paid ($35) for messaurements to be done, with the correct measurement give from the start with a estimate of 12 yards being needed... The person who came out says we need 18 yards making it $100 more than estimated. He was over a hour late and rude. Along with stating that we didn't have electricity, or heat, and that their were pet stains and couldn't remove the carpet (the stains on there aren't pet stains, they are stains from my daughter's slime!)
We called another company who came out for free and they actually tried to figure out how this guy came up with 18 yards being needed, they said the most they could see was 16 yards and that was a lot of extra leftover (the room is 8.5'x13'). I honestly want my $35 back, if you don't have time to do the job, just say so stop stealing people's money! We have a baby on the way, the last thing we needed was to waste money like this was and waste a whole day of our weekend waiting for them to show up.
