Screwed up my 2023 taxes and now I have to do a bunch of absolutely ridiculous steps this year with my taxes. Absolutely ridiculous can’t even get ahold of the lady who did them last year to talk to about it.

Maybe it was a fluke, maybe not. I had an absolutely terrible experience at this H&R Block. To start, the communication in pretty much all aspects was poor. Following this, the person who was meant to assist me was on the brink of retirement and, quite frankly, under qualified.I had to come into this office on three seperate occasions, and nothing that I needed done was achieved. I would have much rather attempted to file on my own this year.

My husband and I recently went into have our taxes done with Heather Brown. We generally dread going in, because we have to pay in for the past few years. We asked, Heather if she had any suggestions to help with this situation. She gave us some ideas and we followed her advice and we are getting a refund. Thank you very much! Overall the tax process was quick and efficient. Definitely made our day.

Heather Brown was so rude when I called to have her complete my taxes. Her tone was out of line & kept telling me to do what I was calling her to pay her to do. I would never recommend this snobby rude person to do anyone's taxes. Absolutely ridiculous. Not even worthy of one star in my opinion. Absolute trash!
