Well this place is horrible! After years of being with them I moved to much money so they closed my accounts! They did this without informing me of anything! I would recommend stay very far away from this franchise!

I opened a Huntington checking 3 months ago under their $200 bonus promotion. Now 3 months later after jumping through all their hoops, they say the promo code was never applied when I opened my account. Very poor customer service. Told me to wait 10 days while they researched the problem and they would get back to me. Well after 10 days, no word, no call. Stay away from this one, I'll be taking my money to another bank.

So far not impressed with the Huntington switchover. I sat in the line after sending up my shuttle what seemed like forever. They must have a worker shortage...final got acknowledged. Took too long just sitting and waiting. If there was alone it would have probably taken half a day. Smh

I bank with my local credit union but I've had a safe-deposit box at Huntington Bank for many years. They recently absorbed TCF and closed my local branch in Howell Michigan. I had to find another Huntington branch to move my safe deposit box.They sent a letter saying "As a token of our appreciation, we will waive your safe deposit rental fee for 1 year." That's a $35 value- fair enough. So, I made an appointment at the Brighton Michigan branch and after filling out paperwork for about an hour, the service person says you also have to open a checking account with us. I said no thanks!!!!So, here's another "great merger" in the banking industry. Translation: "Stand by for inferior service no matter how long you've been a loyal customer."Shame on you, Huntington!!!

I'm not sure I can express how great it has been to work with Mark Rogers and his team over at the Brighton Mi Branch. Not only did Huntington provide an excellent SBA team at the time we needed help with a new building, they also were right at our side during this past entire year for Covid. Huntington created special PPP teams even down to how our small business navigates the forgiveness of our loan, they helped us save our company and keep our team working.On the personal side, each resource we are introduced to has many years in their position and from refinancing, to account management (Thanks Jenny at Brighton and Tom Strausser)Thank you all!

Waited in the drive thru line for 28 mins. She explained she was the only person working as we saw 3 different people walk by. Never will we go back to this branch again!!

Nicest tellers and manager when I last went. Manager spent a lot of time helping me. Have always had a positive experience at both Brighton and Howell branches.

Nice staff. Quick service. I dont however like my weekend charges via the app showing as dated for Monday rather than the date I made the charge (not the location's fault).

Nice staff, a little slow. The drive-thru is nearly impossible to get a full size vehicle in, and for that reason I gave you two stars. This is a major inconvenience when you have a vehicle full of children.
