I am a local contractor that has used Impressive on numerous projects over the last 10 years. They have always spent time with my customers, discussed options, and produced high quality countertops at a fair price. Nick, Robin and his team are great to work with!

Four stars because small business is hard and I’d like to hope our experience was not typical, but want others to be aware.
We had Nick install our countertops after shopping around at 5 other countertop installers. His quote was the lowest and the good reviews gave me confidence to proceed. Unfortunately, we had many issues, from missed appointments to inaccurate measurements and failed or missing caulk. Many of the straight and angled cuts were clearly done by hand/eye and lines and edges were not straight. There were a few places where the stone was not fixed to the cabinets with sealant. We also had an issue with the caulking around our sink - it never dried, despite us giving it 24hrs to fully cure. It oozed for several days and we had to fix ourselves. Overall, many little issues and quality concerns made us wish we had paid more for a more professional installation and precise CNC cuts. Given his years of experience, I have no doubt Nick is capable of high quality work, but our experience was lacking.

Was looking around for the perfect piece of granite to use for the base of a statue. Got friendly, EXCELLENT customer service from Impressive. Highly recommended!

Robin came in on a Saturday for us to pick out some pieces since our availability is limited and she was great and We put a deposit down for our new build back in December, but unfortunately we fired our GC and is starting over and it didn’t sit right for while we replanned with a new layout and plan to have those pieces sit without knowing when we were going to install. I knew about the percentage fee for the refund and was good with it, and understood completely, but looking at our check they didn’t charge that fee and gave us the whole deposit back. After dealing with a shady GC that kept a lot of our money and not getting us anywhere it really is a breath of fresh air to see some hope in other people.
We will most definitely be back to reorder what we wanted before and we can’t wait to have beautiful countertops from them.

From the time we visited the show room until the day our granite counter top was installed, our experience with Impressive Marble and Granite was very pleasant. Robin was very friendly, professional, and helpful in the office when we picked out our granite. Nick did a fantastic job measuring and installing our granite counter top. They are very skilled and I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND them.

Impressive Marble and Granite was the only place of several that I went to that actually wanted to sell remnant pieces. The other places advertised remnants just to get you in the door. Impressive made me a beautiful fireplace surround and mantel for under half of what others quoted. Every employee there was amazing. Robin was my primary contact and she was so easy to work with. The man who cuts the stone did an incredible layout to make the veining on my pieces symmetric and beautiful. The two men that loaded my truck for me spent over thirty minutes making sure the pieces would make the trip to the upper peninsula safely without damage. Top notch service.

The showroom and shop are nothing to write home about, but they carry quality stone and quartz just like the fancy guys. We needed a vanity top for a bathroom remodel, and found a nice remnant in stock at a great price. The owner supervised the measurement and the installers were very professional and courteous. They had me double check their measurements and make sure I was happy with the hole locations before they drilled. They went above and beyond my expectation and even color matched the caulk to the walls.I'm always glad to give my business to local guys, and I'm glad I did.

Nick and the crew did a fabulous job of installing granite countertops in our 53 year old house with uneven plaster walls. Whole experience was a breeze including the office help with Robin and Michelle.
