Score another win for the outstanding customer service I received in this store! This time it was AVA! Ava went over and beyond when she saw me looking confused. She called me over and assisted me with locating a coupon on the website that I thought was in the app. Not only was she helpful, but she was just a friendly! Ava is a true example of what it means to provide customer service in a time when most employees can't be bothered. Thank you, Ava! Joann's is fortunate to have you as an employee!

Just know that if you check online on the app to see if something is on sale and you drive to the store to also confirm that it is not on sale, when you go to check out it's always magically on a small sale and they CANNOT apply the coupon. The lady who checked us out tonight would NOT honor the 50% off coupon I had DESPITE online it shows NOT on sale and IN STORE it is also NOT on sale. PLEASE update your signage in the store this is not the first time this has happened and it's so frustrating that I drove all the way there to save money instead of ordering on Amazon.

We had a very nice woman who was working in the fabric department named Sarah who not only cut our fabric but went out of her way to try to help locate a certain fabric pattern for us. Thanks again Sarah for the great service!

Store was clean, organized and very well stocked for the sale. It was very busy but the cashiers kept the lines moving and were still very friendly and helpful.

I love Joanne’s and shop there quite often (in another state). I was shocked by the argumentative store clerk at the register. I prefer not to give my cell phone number out loud, but my purchases are tracked through my app. The clerk kept saying that I needed to give her my phone number to keep up with my purchases- but this was different than my app which tracks my purchases (pretty much the same thing). I actually said out loud, “I am not going to say anything else about this”, because she kept going on and on. When you have a dozen people in line and one register open, you just need to be as fast as you can.

This is my favorite location. They usually have a good and large variety of crafting materials and lots of fabric.

I went in the store for a small item needed to repair some custom clothing. the staff was very helpful in my hunt to find a specialty item. the overall inventory of the store was quite low but I believe that is due to online shopping and possibly covid. However, I am always able to find what I need inside the store.

Seems Joann Fabrics has less fabric selection than they ever did. I used to find what i was looking for now it more about the crafts & decor than fabric.

I purchase high-end artificial flowers. Always satisfied. Suggest all high-end flowers be located in one area. At this point flowers are mostly arranged by color.

Employees are quick to acknowledge you are there, willing to share knowledge and offer help. Diverse fabrics make it easy to get something that fits your project
