The pandemic has more than past and this branch still requires appointments on SATURDAYS even to do a simple withdrawal!! If they are so concern with Covid why aren’t they wearing masks??? What about people who work during the week? I peaked through the door and one of the tellers was sitting on the floor talking with another employee. Is this what the interest they’re making off my money is going to? Can’t get back in for another two weeks due to my schedule which is a HUGE inconvenience. Not sure if all branches are like this but his one has been hard to deal with since day 1. Having major regrets switching to this bank.

Wanted to simply exchange a $20 bill for two $10 dollar bills. Obviously short staffed but waited for at least 15 minutes to get my request processed. Never happened, so I left.

I had the extreme pleasure of having Tina Martinez as my Consultant in aiding me opening up my new checking & savings accounts today. Tina Martinez was the epitome of professionalism, courteous, informative, entertaining….just a pleasure to work with someone of her character & demeanor! KeyBank…you have a wonderful treasure with Tina on your staff! Tina than you again for making what could have been a stressful situation anything except!

KeyBank really really let me down. It has taken 10 months to simply get my auto payment set up as autopay on their web banking. Time and time again I talked to service reps that were poorly trained and omitted key info! I've gone insane working with these people please please stay clear of them, don't learn the hard way.

Worst bank I have ever been to in my LIFE and I have been with many different banks! I have had payments on other vehicles in the past and no matter what bank I am with have always been able to skip a payment for the holidays. (Which why wouldn't I be able to it only makes me pay more in the long run anyways so why not let me?) They do offer this just not for me.. which is of no help to me, even though I was told it was possible 3 times before speaking with a manager who was supposed to set it up and instead told me no. PLEASE PLEASE anyone who is looking for a bank PICK SOMEWHERE ELSE! Beyond all of that their customer services is TERRIBLE very rude, in a hurry to get off the phone and clearly also misinformed. Can't wait to pay this car off and NEVER BANK WITH KEYBANK AGAIN!!!

I came in to inquire about opening a new account. Two tellers and the branch manager were working. No acknowledgement when I walked in. There was only 1 other customer in there the entire time. I sat in the chair for about 5 minutes until I got up and waited up by the tellers for the 2nd teller to stop counting money. Then he started with a stack of checks. Still no acknowledgement. The 1st teller finished with her customer and then said I have to wait for the manager. Waited for a few more minutes until she decided to help me. Then she said I couldn't use the offer flyer I brought in. Waste of time and I would never consider being a Key Bank patron in the future.

Rudest tellers I have ever experienced at a bank! Repeatedly rude. Lazy and they don't want to do their jobs. Every time I have called they have said they cannot help me and I need to call the 800 number on my card. What is their job then???

Rudest tellers I have ever dealt with! Multiple times I have called and every time they claim they are unable to help me and I have to call the customer service number. Today, I called to have international use added to my credit and debit card and they stated they couldn't help me. This is after my daughter called this morning and someone did for her! Absolutely ridiculous that they treat people the way they do here!

Got a 2nd mortgage----They hit you with extra charges without saying anything. After they pile up to several hundred dollars you will then get a call. No emails and no letters. Total crooks!
