Service is simple. We as customers do not owe you anything but respect for the work that you do. Lack of basic manners is all that is expected in return. I can and will walk to Busch's next time based on service alone.

Now that things are "normal", I thought it would be better. Still not. I feel like the really price gouge. Also I recently bought a block of cheese that was set to expire in months and it was bad! So frustrating!!

Get rid of that nasty old man in the deli. Last time I came, he cut way more deli meat than what I asked for. When I told him I didn’t want extra, he very rudely said ‘What’s the difference?’. Yesterday, he SNEEZED all over without covering his mouth. I was so grossed out I walked away. Then, I went to get a half gallon of milk and they were out completely. I walked out of the store and went to a different store. What a waste of my time!

Only one register with a cashier open at 2:30 pm. Self checkout Scanner rang up $38 dollars for 2 lbs of chicken, cashier eventually came over to void and attempted to fix. After scanning and bagging and putting all my groceries back in my cart..$185 worth, the register would not take my payment. Required management override to my cashier override! cashier called for manager 4 separate times, 10 minutes later, still no manager anywhere to be found and frustrated beyond belief, I left my groceries and walked out. On my way home, I called the store to explain what happened, this was the only response, “I can’t make people work ma’am”. I understand it’s difficult and very challenging to work with the public, but if you can’t care for your customers in an acceptable way, you shouldn’t be open.

Young girl name of Kayla wasn't responding to customers help lights. She listen to Manger on the floor name of Cory a female older lady whom sounds like she smokes 3 packs a day. As a waiting customer Cory told Kayla whom was ignoring all help lights so she can go on a br8.Horrible customers service between to coworkers.Cory decided to inform me I am being rude for asking Lil kya for assistance.

If you’re going to advertise a price, don’t do it with two different sets of fine print involved. The whole approach to having multiple coupon discounts is irritating at best and downright underhanded at worst. You count on people not catching the errors. Then, when someone calls your “manager “ for assistance all she can offer are equal measures of sarcasm and the stale reek of recently smoked cigarettes. You idiots have a Busch’s in the same parking lot, two Meijer stores within seven miles and a Walmart five and a half miles away. You’re not in a position to hassle people already enduring your ridiculous pricing schemes. You’ve lost my whole family’s business over a couple 2 liters. Congratulations.

I love there’s no manager present. I love the fact that I need three cards to check out with my own scanner. I love it when the attendant comes over and makes multiple mistakes. I guess I am more efficient than one person running six scanners. Although the although the produce section looked very nice, I don’t know why I shopped there. I am disappointing every time I go in there.

This Kroger is AMAZING! I wish they put half as much attention into the stores in every area! Perhaps not artisan cheese or meat depts that have lobster. But just cleanliness! This location is amazing! And the service is beyond wonderful! It is sad that I live 2 minutes from a location, yet have to drive an hour to get a decent Kroger.

Rude workers, I spend 100s of dollars when I come here and you’re complaining about doing your job all I did was put my stuff on the belt and she gave me the dirtiest look she had glasses and ugly short hair. I’ll never be back.

They need to pay more to actually entice employees. Just waited 15 minutes for them to change the bottle machine because all were full.Then shopping was fine but going to checkout and step up to self checkout. Won't let me scan bottle slip. Wait five minutes for help and no one comes. I say to self checkout cashier standing there doing nothing "hey can you please help me scan my bottle slips?" She begins to argue that she can't leave her post and also that she can't accept over 20 dollars. I inform her of Krogers own signs and state law that says 25 dollars. She finally helps me scan my slips then realizes that the couple in the next line over have been standing at a lit up cashier stand for over five minutes and no one was there.This poor self service lady again says she can't leave her post to help them and walks back to self checkout. I'm never shopping at Kroger again. That poor couple is probably still waiting as I write this review in the parking lot.

You can’t trust the posted hours at the store or the two gas stations nearby. I wouldn’t risk running there if it’s late in the day, odds are it’ll be closed an hour or two earlier. This has happened to me multiple times. It’s post Covid you can tell they don’t care.

Jessica and Sandra so rude and unprofessional. Left out of frustration, came back later to finally get what I needed. Just to leave frustrated. Watched at least 2 other people leave without paying, while waiting for help. And another guy gave up and left, possibly didn't pay eithe.r

If your disabled stay away. The place is so big, going from one end to the other is a hike. Also we witnessed a disabled vet and his wife try to self checkout and load his own cart. No lanes were open. Then we found out the kind of people they hire. Very rude. Thank God for Bushs.

Understaffed as is the case most days. To compound the matter, only about half of the service desk side self checkouts were working. The other set of service desk side self checkouts weren't even open. The staff that was there were trying their best, but it's still frustrating. The store was clean and well stocked at least.
