I have been a member of LTCU for more than 20 years. They are ALWAYS helpful, kind, considerate, and polite. I won't ever bank at another financial institution!

Veronica was more than accommodating. She was friendly and professional with just the right amount of caring to make me feel extremely comfortable to begin a new banking journey. I hope I can deal with her each time I need to call for information.

This is the worst credit union I’ve ever been apart of. I’ve had an account with them for 14 years with 3 million plus going in and out of savings/checking. I constantly get turned down for loans and the one they gave me was a very high rate. There are other banks I bank with that have much less money in and out and a much shorter business relationship and they’re giving me whatever I want at low rates. I’ve sent 200 plus customers to these people through my clients with work, 14 year member and millions of dollars cycling through and not a single thing in return. Not a bank you want to take a risk with by any means. Tons of other banks and Credit Unions out here that will treat their members right!

If I could give this financial institution a zero I would. I went to the ATM last night after work to deposit $230, the ATM malfunctioned and spit back $15 at me and kept the rest. $215 that I made at work that day. I needed it in my account to pay bills the following day (today). I was unable to contact anyone since it was 8:23pm. I woke up at 845am so I could be the first to call when headquarters opened at 9am. Basically long story short, they are not crediting me my $215 and I have to wait 10 business days to see if I even get MY money! I spoke with a supervisor and then a manager and no one was of any sort of help to me. The only positive note is a very nice woman at the Howell location who was advocating for me to get my money to the customerservice workers. I WILL be closing my account once the dispute is settled. I have banked with Lake Trustfor over 5 years and this is the most absurd thing. Also, I love how they “can’t” credit you the money until the dispute is over but every other credit union will!

I've been a member for over a decade. They recently revised their visa credit card and sent all kinds of literature telling in advance how wonderful the new card would be ...the rewards...etc.. etc.. They sent instructions for when the new card would arrive. ok, in the meantime i got my card statement .. still no word on the new card or the billing address, so i made payment on time electronically. the new card went live after about 15 days from this and surprise. they claim i am delinquent. my bank shows they were paid on time. the not so helpful support person told me this is happening a lot because i sent the money to the old address but it eventually got to the right address. shame on me for not being a freaking psychic and magically scrying the new mailing address before it got mailed to me! anyway... i was told that they told me the new address and she could prove it..and.. then she hung up on me. really? after telling me this is happening 'to a lot of your members' you are trying to say it's MY fault? so i should have sat on my payment until the new card went live...and got delinquent? if you accept payment at the wrong address due to a transition you failed to inform fully all your clients, do not hold the client at fault. this card is history as soon as i can dump it.
