“Brought in a suit plus my favorite wool hat that was way overdue for a cleaning. The tag said it was dry clean friendly, but I was a bit apprehensive to get it dry cleaned, worried it would be shrunk/ruined. The lady assured me it would be fine so I left it...when I picked it up the hat a week later it was wrinkled and a bit shrunk, I was very bummed and on the fence about going back to complain...worried they'd brush me off. Luckily I decided to take it back and the owner took the hat back w/ no hassle and after a few days was able to get the wrinkles out and stretch it back so it fits. Very pleased with their efforts to make sure I was happy, overall a great experience.”
