being able to receive CPAP equipment is a nightmare. Trying to reach someone is horrible too. Do not believe what they claim while you are on hold for a very long time!

This place has rude people working in it. I could not imagine having to deal with them more then the one time. Shake my head at the unprofessionalism.

Binson's customer service was friendly and so helpful in filling my requested list of medical supplies for my CPAP machine. I also prefer to pick up my supplies in person as it is easier for me than trying to order online. The store is only 2 or 3 miles from my home, so convenient.
