I've been to Muffler Man twice to have some exhaust issues sorted on an old Mustang; both times Kenny has been helpful, straightforward, transparent, and prompt. Pricing is incredibly fair, too. Can't speak highly enough of him and his team.

Came to them in an emergency situation, they got me in and out within an hour. Absolutely recommend! Service was phenomenal, transparent, reasonably priced, and most importantly, they said what they were going to do. Hands down one of the best automotive experiences Ive ever had

Fixed an issue with connectors to catalytic converter on Mercedes-Benz. Thought it was converter but clamp wasn't on completely. Saved me 1000's. Let me look at issue which most places won't. Sooo thankful I took it there. Thank you so much. Went there originally because service guy at Mercedes-Benz told me to try a Muffler shop which would be much cheaper than literally $9000. Cost under $300. Huge difference. Can't thank enough.

These guys helped me last minute on a Saturday. My Wrangler decided during a trip to the store the alternator should probably die in the parking lot. It was a Saturday and they were the first to pop up and the only shop open Saturday, and I'm glad I called. They were able to get me in and out right before closing, saving me from having to wait the weekend. Super honest team and truthful about what needed to be done. Thank you!

I was caught in a dilemma right after my work shift ended. I was not in familiar territory and out of nowhere, part of the muffler from the car that I was driving disconnected. I googled “the nearest muffler repair”. By ONLY the grace of God, I was directed to Muffler Man of Brighton. As a single woman with children, going to any kind of repair shops can be intimidating and scary. Most mechanics would try to “get over”. The staff at Muffler Man made me feel secure. They also educated me on the issue that I was having with visible aid! I am impressed. I did not make my fears known until this review! Because of their care and sincerity, they have a forever client and infinite referrals!

I needed some exhaust work done and Muffler Man took good care of what I wanted. Was a little bit confused I was charged a little extra when I came back to have them weld on some tips when I was told they wouldn’t double dip, but I’m not upset about it. Can’t beat the price of quality work.
