Ordered an item for pick-up. Got a text a couple hours later saying the item was out of stock. The items should be grabbed immediately when the order is placed, not hours later.

I was in desperate need of a very specific style of candy, not something sold in grocery stores. A very nice associate looked the candy up, and located the exact spot where the candy was located. The store was clean, and well organized. The prices are reasonable. I would recommend Party City for anyone throwing a themed party; you will find everything.

Unprofessional and rude workers. Was shopping with my 1 year old baby today, and my son got upset and started crying. I then overheard one of the employees (older lady with glasses), having a conversation with someone else about babies & how she can’t stand listening to babies cry…unless it was her child that was crying. She continued on the conversation about it, as I was standing only 10-15 ft away shopping. Just sounded incredibly rude and unprofessional. Will not be shopping this location again.

Clean location, and staff was awesome! I was able to gather my order and place it in bags, heck I wouldn't want to fight with them with balloons, and was correct the first time

Employees so nice! Everything you need for a special event is there! Maybe a little overwhelming with the amount of options but to each their own.
