Third year going to Pearle Vision in Brighton. Every experience has been great. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Appointments were all right on time as well. Dr Berchmier is awesome; very thorough, knowledgeable and considerate. 5/5 stars

Third rate company! My script was never right. All I got was my eyes will have to adjust! 1 year later still junk. Payed for full replacement warranty, and I'm told that was for a lesser cost! GARBAGE COMPANY!

Horrible service. They toss documents in the floor, they answer patient calls on speaker phone and leave them on hold while they get a beverage. They bring their grand kids in to tour and walk where they want while you wait. But you have to have a mask because of covid. Makes sense. Someone walks in to pick something up while they are working with you. Then you should expect to wait so they can help them instead of asking them to wait a moment. Then they want to talk about the grand kids before they get back to you. Hope you don't mind the entire room knowing your insurance, cause they will ask across the office. Oh and don't you dare expect them to only show you frames covered by your insurance or even close. They will bring you, not let you look around and pick frames. Probably because they want you indirectly spend more without knowing. Totally legit way to do business. Even after they tell you what your insurance covers. Ask me how many covid rules that they follow that they have posted that states you will "comply" or "submit" to?! Well no one's temperature was checked, and no one maintained 6ft, mask were forced, but you didn't have to have it on properly. Visitors clearly were not limited since the working grandma had her two grand children in and then their dad came to get them and walked through the entire building unmasked. Handed you pens that hand been used and not sanitized but if you touched a pair of frames they have to be cleaned, just touched not put on. And again mask are still a thing even for toddlers. I'd respect it more if they followed 100% their posted Covid guidelines and it wasn't a pick and choose situation. They are not amaze balls. Look at all the other reviews. That many people can't be wrong.

Went there years ago and needed to get new glasses.Two ladies sitting there and the 2nd lady behind the desks asked if i had an appointment and replied no. She made a face with her eyes behind her mask and sarcastically replied you need an appointment. I said ok and decided to leave because of the attitude.

Spent an hour in there with no help. Not even a good morning. Went in with my mother who had an appointment. I have my prescription with pearl vision an only wished to purchase a pair of glasses. The lady helping my mother didn't bother to ask if I needed anything after she was told I was there to purchase glasses. Two different woman never made eye contact or acknowledge my presence and we're not even helping anyone. Sad experience.

Wonderful visit from start to finish. I consider myself as Covid cautious and I think everyone from the front desk to the doctor, followed reasonable and safe practices.

I went today for an exam and was told I didn’t have insurance and I said I did and she stated we cannot find you in the system. I would have to pay out of pocket to get the exam. I left and went to my car looked up my insurance and called them back and stated I told you I had coverage and she said well it must be one we don’t participate in and I said it’s the biggest insurance company in the country and she was not pleased. Dr birch Meier has very inadequate staffing in his office and I will not refer anyone else to him and go get my eyes checked elsewhere. The girl in the office hung up on me also which is so inappropriate for a business manager to do. What else can one say you have stupid people that work for you and you will get nowhere

This is my 2nd time in 2 years going there for an exam. My experience couldn't have been any better. They always get my prescription right and accomplished what no optometrist before could do....giving me a great pair of glasses on the first try. I'm so happy I found this place!

Not a corporate store so no discounts even though you can schedule online with them don't waste your time here just go to a place that doesnt lie to its customers to get them in the door

On 8/16/2012, I walked in for a simple eye exam at 4:30 pm, but it was a waste of time. I waited 2 hours for the Dr. to even see me. Someone told me to try on tons of glasses as I waited. They act as if they get a commission on up selling expensive eyeglasses. I felt like she was trying to sell me the high-end pair. After being asked to move so she can help other customers, I didn’t have a chair to sit in, and eventually, I left a little after 8oclock. New customers, stay away!!!! SVS vision took 30 minutes for an eye exam, and I got glasses for my budget. It's been a long time since I visited; however, this review isn't fake.

First eye exam since Covid. The display room is very clean. Everything is sanitized after a guest touches anything. Felt very comfortable getting my eye exam! Wonderful staff as always.
