Denise is not a good groomer, my dog felt uncomfortable from the start. She knows he's paw sensitive & she started with his nails then from that point on he wouldn't let her touch him. Then called me to come get him

Joined the care club, or whatever it's called, at the recommendation of a worker- it's paid for itself time and time again. The staff I've dealt with have always been informative, helpful, and friendly. We come at least once a month or more

Very disappointed in returning a store product to Petco. Without a receipt they were not able to provide any type of return or in store credit. I would assume in this day/age a bar code would link the product to a purchase… but not at Petco. I was basically stuck with defective product. Very poor return policy given the merchandise was purchased from Petco.

I had to look for special dietary food for my sick dog. They were super helpful in finding something that would work and helping me figure out how much I would need for my dog!

This 5 stars is for Hannah! She's so amazing and kind. She is always smiling and nice. She goes above and beyond to help her customer. She's smart, and is the best employee anyone could ever ask for. She's helped me a few times, and this is not something that I ever say now days, but she makes your day so much better ! Thank you Hannah you're beautiful and amazing!!!

This Petco takes much better care of their animals than most other Petcos I've seen. Still keeps their betas in tiny cups until they die, so it loses a star.

Pick up my Shih Tzu, she was just gonna get a summer haircut, They had shaved her, and on both side of the neck the skin is showing, not happy ….. the tech said she was being mean, my dog never been mean, Daphne lays under the bed very sad, she will not be going back!!! I wish I could show pictures

I walked in, the rep came right to the counter to check my ID and got my order. The order was correct and ready when they said. The rep was pleasant and quick. In and out in minutes

Came for the first time last week asked older lady at front counter where probiotics for cats was. She just waves her arm somewhere that way. I found another girl at the clinic to help the selection was almost not existent. Was leaving older lady stopped me and was very rude telling me she could not leave the counter to help. So I said fine I will leave you alone and left. Will never go there again.
