What a great place, I’ve yet to get anything other than top notch service. I have tree frogs and 2 chameleons. I’m quite particular on what they are are fed and it’s easier when I buy something they can both eat. Crickets seem to be a good shared food. I have bought crickets from every major cricket breeder in the state ( not mentioning names) and they either inconsistent with their ship times or their crickets are not healthy. I even bought from a pet supply by me and it wasn’t ideal. They died after a week…all 200. The only crickets that have given me a solid 2-3 weeks is premier, they have the best feeders I’ve come across. Period. Highly recommend and the manager Krista at the Brighton location was absolutely excellent!

We, and our dog, loves this place!! They always have her food stocked, I love the rewards system, and very regularly it feels like I am handed free samples of treats/food/etc. Krista helped us today and offered my dog a treat upon checkout, and when my dog turned it down, she took the extra time to find one that she liked. Love the thoughtfulness and attention to customer service you get here :)

Exceptional customer service, every time. The team is so educated on the products they sell. Today a girl helped me with wild bird food and I was super impressed with how much she knew and the advice she had to offer.

I get a nice variety of cat food, hairball remedy flavors and natural cat litter here. The people are super friendly, and even offers loyalty rewards.

Ive been to all the pet stores in brighton and this one is our favorite the store was very clean, bright and organized. The staff was very kind and knowledgeable about my uti concerns with my cat.

This the only pet store around, that I will shop at anymore. The staff is always nice, helpful and amazing with my 2 dogs (I have 1 that literally waits to poop, until she goes into the store😮💨) They have a great selection of everything, plus I bathe my dogs there regularly. It beats hell out of those other big chain stores!

Manager Sam was very helpful in picking out a food and supplement for my senior dog. She likes it so much. You never know when switching food if they will like it. Definitely a hit! Always have stuff for my guinea pig as well. If not they will order it for you.

Premier Pet Supply is 5 stars for everything pets, but I found out yesterday that their compassion for animals far exceeds retail. I had lots of no longer needed pet supplies that I wanted to donate to a rescue and had been told that Premier passed donations along to area rescues, so I called them. Emily enthusiastically confirmed that and said I was welcome to bring in my stash. I had no idea! When I arrived, the sweetest employee said I could pull around back and she would help me unload. She was so helpful and expressed such gratitude that I was incredibly touched. It was quite obvious that the culture at Premier was more than profits; they are caring for a wide circle of our area's pets. Thank you!!
