They never do a good job, when I drive my car through there and get it home I always have to get out with a rag and wipe down all the spots they missed on the back part of the car. EVERY SINGLE TIME.

Rainbow Carwash was less “rainbow” and more “sad drizzle.” The soap was confused, the brushes gave up halfway, and the dryer wheezed like it had asthma. My car came out dirtier along with my soul. After my negative wash a cone was flying around my house watching me eat my ramen noodles, I was deeply disturbed by the entire experience and now I have a car that drives like it’s Stephan hawkin and a broken heart
Next time I’ll just park in the rain and let nature do its thing.

First of all, I would go as far to say this is the WORST costumer service and wash service I have ever received In my 48 years of living. Folks the workers here don’t give a single damn about their job and the dirtyness of your car will reflect that. If I could give this review 0 stars I would. I brought my Silver Dodge ram truck through at 10 in the morning about a week ago, when I pulled up to give them my money, I was greeted by the rudest so called “manager” who was a ginger, who snatched the money out of my hand and stormed off. I pulled in and a kid who looked like he was on drugs sprayed half my truck which was dirty and sent it through the wash. My antenna came off in the tunnel and the saddest excuse of a towel dryer, who was sagging his pants, had earbuds in, and had a beer on the towel cart cussed me out and told me to never come back. I would HIGHLY recommend taking your vehicle elsewhere to a corporate owned wash such as the el car wash, whitewater, or Jax. I hope the right people see this as this is the worst car wash experience I have ever had.

First off, let’s talk about the “service.” I rolled in expecting my car to be cleaned, not emotionally traumatized. My tires looked worse AFTER the wash. the “manager.” I use that term loosely because I’ve seen more leadership from a traffic cone, When I brought up the fact that the drying machine ate my side mirror, he squinted at me like I had just asked him to solve a fourth grade math problem and said, “That’s not really our problem.” Sir. It is exactly your problem. You run the rainbow disaster… Everything about this wash is slow, indifferent, and about as cheerful as a DMV on a Monday morning. unless you want your car looking like it took a mud bath with a raccoon, steer clear. This rain bow doesn’t lead to gold, just regret.

I paid $14 cash for the ultimate wash and l gave them a $3 tip and my vehicle was still dirty when I got home. I had to spray my truck and wipe the entire thing off to get the dirt that the wash missed. There was still mud on my running boards.... I would expect this with a $7 wash, but not with your best wash.
I tried calling today to speak with someone before leaving this review, but there was no answer.
Now I see why everyone is going to the new wash by Meijer!
