Great customer service! There was a manufacturing issue with my order and they overnighted a replacement. Will definitely be ordering again. Thank you!

I have ordered more than once online from this company. My wife or I have also purchased Real Irish products in Chicago or nearby suburbs more than once. I do not order online -- except maybe two or three times a year. I do not enjoy in-store shopping. I like in-person purchases and storefront experiences, as does my wife. I like when things are done right. . . This is one place I can TRUST with solid delivery times, variety, and quality. Sign up for the email list to get discounts and special offers at the holidays or throughout the year. The value is often good online and I find the prices to be less than driving somewhere and losing time and energy. Some Chicago-area merchants frequently carry Inis perfumes and other items: clothing and jewelry and some home goods The online shop has everything. The word "dependable" is almost guaranteed with this merchant in Michigan or via locations in Illinois or online. I am "athasach" to a T!

I Found Real Irish when looking for Harris Tweed gloves to gift someone. The gloves have been delayed delivery because of a shipping service strike. Real Irish reached out to let me know of the predicament and sent a replacement pair of gloves which arrived overnight! They were so kind and sincere in wanting to help right this issue which really is out of their hands. I appreciate so much the level of customer service I have received! The gloves, now ready to be gifted are so soft and nice (yes I slipped my hand in before wrapping!)! I will absolutely be purchasing more! Thank you Real Irish and Stuart!

Do not mail order from this sales office in Ann Arbor, Mich. The owner is so distrusting, steals from the customers, and will not use return/refund policies, even though he got the product back. There are other Real Irish, 3rd party, mail order companies, in the United States.

Traveling through Ireland and Wales with friends, making new friends along the way, and getting to see both countries through Stuart's eyes, was a wonderful experience.

Thank you, Stuart, for 12 wonderful days on Real Irish Travel’s Emerald Isle discovery tour! This trip was expertly researched, planned, and executed! We had an amazing group of fellow travelers (20) on the tour. Stuart and Keith(our coach driver/guide) shared the Irish history and culture on our bus and we enjoyed gracious hotel stays, delicious Irish food, drink, traditional Irish music and folklore. This is our second most excellent Real Irish adventure with Stuart. He strives to please those who travel with him and he does not disappoint! This is a 5 star trip of a lifetime!

I have been writing about travel...and traveling...for over 30 years. So I know how tricky it is to bring all the components of a land tour together. Stuart did a fantastic job in all aspects -- not a easy feat. Not only does he design his tours, he accompanies them. He was always cheerful, even when presented with a challenge. And so hospitable, buying the first drink for everyone at our many group dinners. If you have always wanted to see Ireland, then GO now... And go with Real Irish Tours. You won't be disappointed. We are already considering doing another tour with Stuart next year. Maybe to Scotland and Wales. Maybe to the south of Ireland. Oh, and did I say that I finally learned to love Guinness Stout?P.S. John is enjoying his new tweed vest and Hanna hat!

Just back from 12 wonderful days touring Dublin and the north and west of Ireland. So many tours all scheduled and arranged ahead of time never could have done it myself and the bus driver easily navigated roads I wouldn't want to even on the right side of the road. Accomodations and meals superb. Music, history, scenic overlooks and local tour guides giving details beyond the guidebooks. Have to do another of these tours.

Real Irish Travel exceeded our expectations! The tour leader was prompt, pleasant and knowledgeable. The well organized schedule allowed the guests to enjoy several attractions per day ranging from natural sites to cultural and historical. The schedule also allowed for free time. The hotels were first class and the coach was spacious and comfortable. Couldn’t have been better. I highly recommend.

I went on my first group tour experience with Stuart to Ireland. What a fantastic trip! We had the perfect blend of city, rural, castles, local handmade products and exhibitions. Our accommodations and transportation plus education was spot on. I highly recommend a tour of Ireland with Stuart Marley, Real Irish Travel.
