I brought my new car in for a routine oil change and replacement of the protective film under my door handles that had lifted at the corners. I was there for over 3 hours and they were not that busy. They had to replace one area twice, but made it right. All of the staff were very pleasant to deal with !

Our car looks great, really good work . It had 7,000. In damages. I had a issue with it they came to the house and took care of it. Julian and Junior did good work.

I was very pleased that you were able to get me in on Thursday without an appointment. I had to get tires asap, Rob made sure they were in stock, which they were thank goodness . Everything went fine until it was time to leave-the guy that was to take my car thru the car wash never came back with it, Rob found out the guy had hurt himself & went to emergency but didn’t have time to notify us. Finally I got my car back but knowing I was in a hurry did not get it washed 1st. They always have my best interest in mind. Thank you!

I had some damage done to the front bumper of my Mazda. Instead of just charging me for a new one, they took the time to heat it up, reshape, and pit it back on. It saved me a lot of money. That's how to take care of customers!

I went in to get a routine service on my car-check wheel & tire balance & rotation, oil , etc. before i traveled 700 miles to my cottage in Copper Harbor MI. They could not perform the tire rotation because they were becoming too worn- I decided to buy new tires- good choice! Tires offered seem right for my car. My ride is much smoother now and gave me a safe round trip back home. Thank you very much, Serra Honda. I value your car knowledge and work experience.
