I had been having issue with Cell spot for week. I came in multiply time for this issue. After talking to Cell spot Tech. They told me to go buy a phone and return it and see if issue was to with my phone. Salesboy did not care what Tech said. Would not help me. Did not care about customer only care how it going to hurt his store. IT was going to effect their inventory. IT not like a was some kind of new customer. I had been customer of T-M for seven in my second go around. What have been longer if I did lose my job and I had to drop them. T-M store use care about their customer, but not any more....I will and would use this use this store for nothing...They useless unless they are ones that come up with IDEA for some thing or find way to make money.....They not customer friendly

I have to second a previous review about receiving misinformation. I was told my bill would be one price when I added a line and it was hundreds more than that.It’s taken hours of my time, multiple phone calls to T-Mobile, requests for credit and ultimately I will be dropping the 3rd line.Beware of hidden taxes, fees, “midcycle changes”. If they tell you one price, you can be sure it’s at least 20-40% higher.

Want to come on here and give RJ and Edward 5 stars!! They helped me get a new phone for my business up in running in less than 30 minutes! I had a horrible experience with AT\\u0026T and these guys here at this T-mobile location were fast and efficient! Highly recommend!!

Went in the store to discuss a new plan and the salesman was giving me wrong information. He kept stating that for the top tier plans any data used outside North America would be subject to $0.25 per minute which is not true just making and receiving phone calls. I had already confirmed this before. I knew more than the salesman and I got frustrated and left because I hate dealing with people that don't even know their own products.

Service was good. I was in and outta there in like 20 mins with a new phone, I needed to add a line for my son. Anthony, who helped me and my wife out, was friendly and helpful.

I want to take a second and really talk about how great Tony is! I came in to assist my grandparents who are both hard of hearing. They wanted to transfer their service from Verizon to T-Mobile, and purchase 2 new devices. Tony was exceptionally patient, kind, knowledgeable, and communicated everything clearly. He used terminology that my grandparents could understand while they navigate this new tech world! He made the process seamless, and we are grateful for his dedication to customer service!
