I had such a great customer service experience with every Target employee I encountered in Target Brighton today, that I wanted to share. You know when you are in a hurry and you end up making your life harder? I needed to grab something in a hurry. The woman at customer service pointed me in the right direction. I hurried off without getting a cart , but of course my item was too heavy tor me to carry! Silas to the rescue! He was clearly busy, but he immediately helped me bring my heavy item to checkout. The cashier helped me to put my item in the cart. Huge thank you to all of you!!

MOLD! I was shopping here a few weeks and noticed the yogurt containers were dirty. I went to grab some yogurt today and realized the “dirt” is actually mold. I let a team member know about the mold, hopefully they throw away all containers and get new ones. This is harmful for the customers and the employees.

Made the biggest mistake of doing my baby registry through Target. Been nothing but a frustrating process the whole time, was told I could come to the store to register to pick up a welcome kit, to just waste a trip to be told you can only do everything online and have to get the welcome kit online. Went to get the welcome kit online and stated out of stock.

I love shopping at Target! They need more employees available or something to help them with checkout assistance at the Hartland & Brighton locations (in Michigan) during AM-afternoon hours, though! It's crazy they only have ONE register available for checkout during certain hours!

Stopped in to do a return, & grab a few things. The manager proceeded to follow me around as if I was going to steal something. When I had a target hand basket & my wallet & keys in hand. I had no big bag, no coat on, had t-shirt and skinny jeans on. I have better things to do w my life, then ruin it w shoplifting. Needless, to say I left. Didn’t ask if I needed help or anything just proceeded to follow and act like she was doing something. I work in retail & probably have the entire time you’ve been alive, u might not want to make it so obvious, as to what ur doing honey. ?

The lady at the guest's service desk with blonde hair is very rude and has no patience and wouldn't answer any of our questions cause we are teens but helped the older people with no problem

I thought I was in Meijer when I was checking out, because the line was soooo long. You used to be able to get in and out of Target in a few minutes, but now it’s 10 to 15 minutes to get cashed out. The lines (or rather line - recently there’s only one lane open when I’ve been there) go almost to the frozen foods in the back of the store. I’m sure it’s their corporate office trying to reduce shrink, but they are unwittingly shrinking their customer count. One lady with a small baby abandoned her half full cart and left in a huff because of the wait. Plus, the self-checkout was closed at that particular time too!Oh well, it was a fun store that I used to look forward going to. They are unaware that they are Amazoning themselves to death.

My husband and I went in to look around and shop for a new weighted blanket. We were looking through their selection, picking them up and I tossed my husband the 20lb one to see if he preferred that one. an employee came up to us threatened to kick us out. For tossing my husband a blanket. For us to be talked to and treated like that is utterly disrespectful and disgusting

So I went back in December to look for yarn. I went up to an employee to ask for where the yarn is and they were just horrible. She had a nasty tone towards me, not very professional, very rude. I would not recommend this place. I think the employees name was Angela?

liked this target more than others ive been to, had really great options in their clothing and home sections they also had all the chips and drinks you typically have a harder time finding- jf you're looking for something specific theres a good chance this target would have it!
