I thought I was in Meijer when I was checking out, because the line was soooo long. You used to be able to get in and out of Target in a few minutes, but now it’s 10 to 15 minutes to get cashed out. The lines (or rather line - recently there’s only one lane open when I’ve been there) go almost to the frozen foods in the back of the store. I’m sure it’s their corporate office trying to reduce shrink, but they are unwittingly shrinking their customer count. One lady with a small baby abandoned her half full cart and left in a huff because of the wait. Plus, the self-checkout was closed at that particular time too!Oh well, it was a fun store that I used to look forward going to. They are unaware that they are Amazoning themselves to death.

My husband and I went in to look around and shop for a new weighted blanket. We were looking through their selection, picking them up and I tossed my husband the 20lb one to see if he preferred that one. an employee came up to us threatened to kick us out. For tossing my husband a blanket. For us to be talked to and treated like that is utterly disrespectful and disgusting

So I went back in December to look for yarn. I went up to an employee to ask for where the yarn is and they were just horrible. She had a nasty tone towards me, not very professional, very rude. I would not recommend this place. I think the employees name was Angela?

liked this target more than others ive been to, had really great options in their clothing and home sections they also had all the chips and drinks you typically have a harder time finding- jf you're looking for something specific theres a good chance this target would have it!

I loved my regular target trips, but recently I was harassed and followed around constantly by a LP staff member. She was outright rude to me, yelling at me for taking products off the shelf to look closer at them, or taking too long browsing. As soon as I walked in, I felt stereotyped and criminalized. I’ve never felt so uncomfortable! I just wanted to enjoy a normal target trip, but it was ruined by that asset protection employee. I’ll be shopping somewhere more welcoming from now on.

I asked Anika for directions where the boy's socks were and she pointed in the direction where the socks were. After not locating the socks that were in stocks according to the website I asked Anika again. Anika replied, "I assume the are where the other socks are," and never offered to assist. Great customer service!

While I normally love Target and have spent a lot of time and money there over the years, I’m pretty disappointed in the sales promotion where you get a gift card back after buying certain items. I’m pretty careful to make sure I’m spending the correct amount and buying the items listed under the signage. Today I bought the Cascade (must be at least 10.49 and my pack was 12.99) and a pack of bounty papertowels (must spen 12.99 and mine were over $16). I did not get the $5 gift card and when I asked I was told that the items weren’t eligible because they didn’t highlight red on the app. I tried to show her the sign that indicated they were applicable and she just shrugged her shoulders and said sorry. Then she showed me on my app where I could have saved $15 if I was paying attention, but never offered to work with me to use the coupon on my purchase. Usually they are pretty nice about this stuff and willing to admit there is something not right about the advertising, but not today!

We stopped in because we were in the area and I had some returns to do. Diane at the return desk gave horrible customer service as I tried to return multiple items with her that were valid returns. I never have/had this type of bad experience at the Ann Arbor Target. We will stick with our normal store and no longer visit this location.
