They did it very fast, however about two weeks after my first repair lines appeared across the screen. so I went back, and now the screen is half way off the phone and they won't repair it again

My daughter broke her screen on her mini I-Pad. DD replaced it and there was a discolored bar running down one side of the screen. We took it back and they fixed it free of charge. Next, it wouldn't take a charge so we took it back again. They tried to fix it and could not figure it out so they offered us a used full size I-Pad as a replacement. It was a hassle to bring it back a few times, but I think they went above and beyond to satisfy our expectations.

We now have extended hours on Monday from 9am - 7pm. Most iPhones done same day service. Hope you will stop in and try us out!

Had a screen replaced on an iPhone 5c. Screen broke again within a week. Not living in Brighton, took the phone to an authorized service center. Was told that the repair was made poorly with inferior products. When I contacted the store to ask for a refund, was told that it's not their problem and that there is nothing they can do. Apparently they only stand behind their work IF they can make the repairs. I wouldn't trust any company that won't warranty their work especially when a qualified person reviews it.

My girlfriend got her phone repaired (iPhone 5). The very next day the screen started to come off. After looking at how-to videos on YouTube and it appears that they neglected to put ALL the screws back. I'm going back in the morning to see if they can fix their mistake.
