I walked into this store with return and was so excited because it happened to be slow and said to cashier “So excited there is no line!”. She didn’t respond, didn’t smile and in fact walked in the complete opposite direction to proceed to hang and sort some clothes behind counter. She then sauntered back to assist me. Great customer experience seems to be lacking here. It was as if she was saying, “Nope, you’re still going to wait.”

Run don’t walk to TJ Maxx in Brighton, MI and ask Valerie for any help you may need. Valerie is super smart, thoughtful and very handy at helping load furniture. She goes above and beyond and thereby distinguishes herself professionally.

I stopped shopping at the Brighton location even though its closer to my home. The store is a horrible mess and is not shopable. I was also in a very long line with only two cashiers and a man who i later found out was the mgr was just standing there. Just pacing back and forthWatching like a stalker. Never helped get the line down at all. I was very angry. So was everyone in line

This place kind of sucks. They are small IMO. They have barely any plus size clothes. The regular sizes are don't have a huge amount in anything in Large or X-Large. I don't know who is buying some of the hideous clothes they have. Like seriously. The store is always a mess and in shambles. Staff is fine. The cashiers are at least. Floor staff aren't interested.
