Saw Madi at the brow bar and she did a phenomenonal job. She really respected my brows natural shape and enhanced them beautifully. I rarely ever leave reviews for anything but Madi really deserves a shout out! 10/10 Thank you Madi 😘

I’ve never had a problem in this store before today. I went into return to items that i paid with on my debit card (with my pin i didn’t run it as credit) and i was told over the phone that i would be able to a cash refund instead of it going back on my card and when i got in the store she told me my only option was to get a store credit. i had my receipt, it was within 30 days of the purchase, so i just don’t understand why i couldn’t do my refund the way i was told i would be able too over the phone.

Highly recommend Stylist Sydney, ,she did a fabulous haircut from an unruly mess of curls. She is also very nice and down to earth and enjoyed talking with her while she worked her magic! Thank you Sydney!

Poor customer service by both Jordan and manager. An item was marked on clearance. I physically walked Jordan to see that the RED clearance sign was for the product I was purchasing, after she snickered about it she pulled the red tag off and said she would give it to me for the listed clearance price, after she rang it up I asked her did you give me the marked down price in which she replied yes, when I got home I checked my email receipt and she did not give me the red sticker price. Called the store to dispute and spoke with the manager who seemed rather confused on what I was explaining happened. We ended the call both annoyed, I should be the only one annoyed NOT the workers... remember the customer is always right, customer service 101, so I called corporate sorry not sorry!
Floor personnel in make up area kind and helpful maybe put them on the registers or promote to management.

I got my hair and makeup down for my son's wedding. Ashley, who curled my hair was sweet and did a great job. Good customer service and made the experience very comfortable for me. Ash, who did my makeup was fantastic. Was always asking my input. Received several compliments at the wedding on both my hair and make up. I was very happy with both Ashley's work and customer service. I was very relaxed when I left.

Went and saw Ash at the salon. I typically saw Christine in the past, but she was unavailable. Ash listened to what I wanted, which is typically hard for some stylist to understand because it's basically a long layered hair cut mixed with a "shag" cut and very texturized. She gave me a deep conditioning treatment and really took her time with my hair to make sure it was what I wanted. My only complaint is that the length wasn't as preserved as we initially spoke about. However, the "shag" is exactly what I wanted, and so is my textured face frame and bangs.
She also told me they do "bang cuts" for around $10, which I did not know, and that's a lifesaver for me! She's great at bangs, especially if you want those "money pieces" left out. I go years between cuts, but I'll definitely be in for some bang and face frame touch-ups with her.

A gentlemen by the name of Michael was so helpful. I love that he wasn't pushy and trying to sell me things I didn't need, but rather he listened to my concerns and provided solutions. He was very knowledgeable and even explained why he recommended specific products over the ones I originally came in to test out and possibly purchase. The products he recommended are now staples for me! Not only that, the products he recommended happened to be on sale and a greater deal than the concealer I was originally going to purchase! Sadly, I was inform that it was his last day and that he was moving to the Northville location.

I am an Ulta employee in Midland, and I was traveling through the town of Brighton. It was a great trip with helpful employees until I went to check out. At check out I assumed my employee discount would be honored with the beauty event deals because I presumed my employee discount would be honored as it had been on my 3 previous trips to as many locations during the March sales. General manager on duty this Sunday was called to front to assist when I questioned that my discount was not honored. Instead of explaining the store policy to me, she raised her voice and walked away. I was a customer in this store, and was treated poorly by management. I can't help but wonder how she speaks to other customers and staff.
