This store is a serious joke, they have terrible customer service and support, if you are business customer do not go here. Horrible experience trying to upgrade to new phone and a business account. Managers there do not return calls or do what they promised, had to track down the district rep myself. They have no power to do anything at this store. Beware go elsewhere. Yes this is the correct Store, this is Discmagic the business account, 4-5 trips to the store (plus my wife going in), had to sort out my issues with Issac directly, your district account manager.. Our original rep was not personal at all and totally screwed up our account and nothing he promised was correct and now away for a few months, so "nobody else knows what he did". I worked with Store manager Josh who tried to help, promised to fix things and "call me" in a few days once things were fixed. No call, no fix on the account, he goes on vacation, and then our business lines were turned off, and told to pay an $840.00 bill to restore service by billing support (promised a bill around $150.00 with free upgrades but we were charged). again, 100% YOUR fault, and your store CANT HELP. Like I said, total Joke. Only person in this is Issac who calmly went though and appears to be trying to fix this mess. This is a 100% real review, and Im an easy guy to work with.

Very pleased! They were very personable and explained the whole house internet and if I was eligible. We talked about bundles, which was great, I found I could get a new iPhone, whole house internet, and streaming services cheaper than my cable service is per month! That’s a great deal Verizon ! Great help??

I was highly considering leaving Verizon and going with another carrier. That changed when I had the pleasure of being assisted by Michael L… And it was by far the best Verizon experience I have ever had. Michael is extremely knowledgeable, which is great, but equally great is his level of dedication. When I walked in the store, my account was out of control— a LOT of Phones, iPads, Jetpack, hotspots, house phone, etc. By the time we were done, Michael had helped me to consolidate my devices, lower my bill…AND I now have in-home Internet/streaming with many more streaming options than before. I walked out of the store with a new phone that he had completely prepped, and transferred everything from my old phone to the new one. Previously, at other locations, new phones and accessories were bagged up, and left for me to figure out. Bottom line… Michael has a lifelong customer in me! Thanks, Michael!!

Michael was absolutely amazing. He was able to restore all my old photos and videos from my old broken phone. He was knowledgeable, kind, courteous professional and gave me an awesome deal on the new Samsung S24 ultra. He also showed me the new features and helped me set up my Apps. I can't say enough good things about him. Absolutely outstanding! He was handsome too.

Michael L helped me upgrade and open a new line for 3 of my devices. He was polite, helpful, and had great customer service. The process was long, but he didn’t make me feel rushed or that I was a burden. This will be the location I go to for now on. Thank you for making this process smooth.
