We would like to put in a good review on one of your caregivers one of your angels, the name of Amy Walters. She goes above and beyond and she’s just a wonderful person. I’m a caregiver myself, but she comes and helps out one of the facilities that we work at and I just have to just give her hands down. She does very good very polite very nice and takes good care of our Resident Joe. Thank you, Amy for your kindness. Keep up the good work.

The caregivers are wonderful always on time, they were great with my husband and cleaned the house, did laundry too! It was a big relief to go out for a bit and know my husband was in good hands.

Visiting Angels was responsive, compassionate and flexible when we called them during a time of high need for my family. They were very capable and helpful even in a challenging and complex situation during my Dad’s passing.
I don’t have enough positive words to describe how impactful they were for me and Mom. Sara may be an actual angel but that’s certainly not to detract from the many extremely capable team members that helped us. Thank you all.

We hired Brighton Visiting Angels to care for my ailing father during his last few months and couldn't have been happier with his care. 5 stars is not enough for Renee and her "Angels". We have now kept them on to care for my stepmother. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Visiting Angels has been a great asset added to our family care team for my mom. They have been very easy to work with, are very caring, respond promptly to any questions & concerns, are flexible and made the whole process easy. My mom has enjoyed her "angels" and they have been nothing but kind, compassionate & attentive. They matched mom with people who have things in common with her so they can start a friendship right away. I can't say enough about this agency, their staff and the care they give.

I have been working for over 3 years here at the Brighton office! This company really cares for their employees and pays the highest wages of any other home care company, they offer health insurance and have so many other perks! Did I forget how awesome they take care of all of their clients needs? I was hired in from a client through Visiting Angel and l now work in the office. I get to go visit with the caregivers and our clients. I have gotten so many compliments about our caregivers from our clients.The owner shows her appreciation by giving the caregivers a Kudos card with a gift card inside! Which i have never encountered with any other company that I have ever worked for. I feel so blessed to be a part of the team that really cares for their clients!!! I can honestly say the owner here at Visiting Angels has the biggest heart of gold! ❤️

I went to work at visiting angels-Brighton. A year ago, and I really wish I would have done it sooner.. all of the office staff are always ready to help with most any questions or concerns. And I have met the most wonderful people, and made some great new friends….
