I would not recommend this hotel. We had issues from the moment we arrived. At check-in there was no one at the front desk, and we had to wait just to get our room. Once checked in, the towels provided were badly stained. We asked for replacements three separate times, waiting about 20 minutes each time, and every set we received was still stained. Housekeeping told us they would come at 12:30, so we left, but when we returned the room hadn’t been touched.
What stood out the most is that the only person who tried to help was not even staff—it appeared to be a child, maybe 13, possibly related to an employee—who offered to look for towels when the staff did not. We even called the number provided several times and still had to wait. At checkout, once again, no one was at the desk. Overall, this hotel suffers from poor management, lack of professionalism, false advertising of amenities *didn't have iron or hair dryers* and very low standards of cleanliness.

Jojo was amazing!! Rooms are clean. Theres a gas station and a pizza place close by and theres a grocery store down the rd.

Stayed here for 3 nights while visiting the casino and using the trails. Very nice and clean. The rooms were comfy and quiet. Great access to SxS trails and only a few minutes from the casino and golf course. We will be back!

The owner is a saint. She kept the front desk open late for my late arrival. She put me in a lower room when she saw I could not climb stairs. She even filled me in on the local attractions. The room was clean enough to eat off the floor. The beds were perfectly made. The mattress and pillows were so comfortable I was out like a light. Next time I need a place to stay in the Soo area, it will be at Willabee's.

A few years back we happened upon this area by accident and thought the location of the motel was great. It's situated looking out over the river. It's a few minutes drive from the Whitefish Bay Scenic by way. It was extremely peaceful friendly and accommodating owner. Very clean room. We will stay here again!

My bf and I was there for one night and stayed in room 201. The was pee stains on the sheets, on the mattress protector, and the mattress itself had a pee ring on it. The pull out bed had dead bugs on it. And both bed the king bed and pull out bed had dirt everywhere. The manger herself was a completely rude to us. I personally never had a manger of any sort be as rude as she was. Definitely don’t recommend staying here. We also took pictures of everything it was just plain disgusting we didn’t feel comfortable sleeping in the bed. The floor was a lot cleaner than the bed
