“Edit i like raysUsed to love this place About a year and two years backUntil they lost all their good mechanicsAnd took my money 2000 didnt tell me it would be four weeks til I get my truck backSo I was so eager to finally get it back of courseThey give it to me not finished saying let us know how it drives mechanic was afraid to break your suspension charges me for it saying you can bring it back and we won’t charge you for getting the alignment redoneAlso did not do anything I ask them to do specifically told me we should do these things but everything you wanted done to it the mechanic says don’t really need itLong wait and lots of cash laterI get my truck back with nothing different about the suspension drivingWhen I was charge for the whole shabangCan’t leave out that they call me to recommend doing more work I didn’t ask forNow I got a oil leakI say that’s odd since I know I have never had a oil problemI ask will you ask the mechanic how long I can go without fixing all that bs that I’ve never had any issue with until this mechanic gets my vehicleThey make me invest all this money just to give me my keys and let me drive 40 miles home with one quart of oil in this 4.3LI literally had to add about four quartsLike stealing money by charging for things you didn’t doThen saying we recommend that you had your oil lines fix on my receipt and let me drive away and ruin my 2000 dollar invest that they fudged upI blame the mechanic and the receptionist for either being horribly d*** and unhelpfulOr doing this purposely which is a form of theftMy opinionThanks for readingI know it’s a long one just want to get my whole experience/story out about my dealing with this companyThe owner should not let the vehicles leave his shop unless they are in his opinion fitSo also he is to blameLike I said USED to love this shop but now that had happened to me here”

“Today me my wife and my dog had a tire blowout right before we got into Bronson we made it toThe garage which We were told had a tire changer Unfortunately they don't stock tires But the man Larry was an extremely kind person Allowed us to park in front of the building for almost 3 hoursWhile we waited on someone to bring us a rim and tire as well as he was so kind as to lone a Jack and four way I highly recommend if you wantSomeone who cares to work on your vehicle to go to this place god bless you Larry and thank you very much”
