“This place is amazing, all around. I got my oil changed (synthetic), new air filter, all the fluids (except brake fluid) checked/topped off, all lights checked and found out my license plate lights were out, wiper blades checked, tire pressures checked, battery checked. There was no line to wait in, they were finished in about 10-15 minutes, and under a hundred bucks!”

I selected Franks Transmission and auto repair in Coldwater Michigan at the very start speaking with customer services Kelly was very cordial and knowledgeable about my transmission service. Speaking with owner John I felt comfortable leaving my car with this shop because of our conversation was about business but with a home town feeling. Simply put, this shop is customer focused with Christian values with kindness which you rarely see today. Overall review would be 10 stars as I will recommend this shop to my friends and family, the entire experience was outstanding with honesty and integrity.

“I have used these guys 3 times now. There is no other place I will do business with for these kind of repairs. The amount of care and service they provide is something you cant find anymore in this day and age and thats why I wont go anywhere else. Mom and pop feel, small business that still KNOWS HOW TO CONDUCT BUSINESS and take care of their community! This morning I dropped off my wifes car at 9AM and they were already in there early working on three cars bustin it. I made a joke about how I hoped they had the coffee going in there.
