Bronson post office no longer does passports they the passport agent told me they are short staff but Sturgis coldwater and colon can so I just wanted people to know about it

This has been an on going issue for nearly 7 months of not receiving important mail and it's being returned to the senders. It has been addressed to the post office and nothing has been done. What am I supposed to do about this situation if it is NOT being addressed?

Once again we have packages crushed by our mail carrier, and she doesn’t care.
