I've been selling a collection as a new seller on ebay. The staff and the gentleman that is always there when my wife drops off the package is superb!!! Always helpful and so extremely nice my wife when I have made an error in boxes that I'm shipping out. Great staff at the front desk especially the gentleman who helps my wife. Thank you Bronson Post Office!!

This has been an on going issue for nearly 7 months of not receiving important mail and it's being returned to the senders. It has been addressed to the post office and nothing has been done. What am I supposed to do about this situation if it is NOT being addressed?

I ordered some stuff online for my girlfriend and when it was supposed to come I couldn't find it. It wasn't outside on the steps or in the hallway so I went to the post office and they said the mail lady problably put it in front of the wrong door or someone stole it ? So I went upstairs and it was in front of a different apartment. Point is if the box has my apartment number on it why bring it upstairs ???

Bronson Mi. postal workers were great in the past. Now it seems like the postal workers change a lot and mail delivery is sub standard. We even got mail delivery on a Sunday the weekend before last. The commercials say that you can rely on the mail and neither rain not sleet nor snow or dark of night will stop them from their appointed rounds. Unless there is a new carrier.
