“We went into transfer some money into a CD, as they have very competitive rates (11 month 5.39%). We also opened up another account to access our money easier.The teller was very helpful and put us in the queue to speak to one of the folks in the offices to set up both of these needs. It took about half hour to get these two items taken care of, but they walked through the process including online access and text alerts.”
