First of all I have never left a bad review about an employee but this lady gets the first 1. The tall lady with white hair and glasses that works the evening shift is very rude. Tonight was the 3rd time I have been there to start my laundry around 8 o'clock and there is nothing but attitude from this woman. I have been given dirty looks all 3 times, the first time I was stood over and repeatedly reminded that they close at 10, the second time I was actually told I needed to get my clothes from the dryer and leave at 15 min till 10, and tonight I was told that my laundry was ready to switch before I went to order food and she would appreciate it if I would switch my laundry before I went anywhere? 🤔I was the only 1 there? She had the whole place blocked off except my washer and the dryers by the door. It was only 9 o'clock? I put my things in the dryer and went back out. When I returned it was 5 to 10 the door was locked and she was waiting to argue with me. She informed me that she had called her boss about me, when I asked to get the name and # of the boss I was told no and I could come in tomorrow to talk to someone. I will b doing that.

Pretty impressed. The manager on duty was very aware of her environment saw me contemplating wich washer to use and stepped up to help. BTW I was washing and drying a large sleeping bag.

Absolutely love my experience here. Definitely will come back and wash some clothes. The biggest washer is 775 and it washes clothes in 18mins !!!! Really fast
